Update 03/08/2021// The problem that exist has been fixed and resolved by the Manager, Joe. He immediately responded to my issues and fixed the problem immediately. Right now, I can say the work that they did was satisfactory and that I am satisfied so far about the resolution.
Description of Work: Electrical light fixture and motion sensor//He showed on time. To do several light fixtures and to go to one switch. Also a motion sensor. All parts were provided by me. I went to push my garage door. I heard a crack sound. And it blows in my panel. I called him and he came back. He checks the wiring and the electrical box. He tried to say it was a different issue. Like it was nothing he did. I had no problem with my garage door. I was insulted and he had no way of checking this problem. Come to find out he was not certified for electrical. I felt I was mislead that he can do the work.

Mike did good work. My problem was with the scheduling. Twice the scheduler didn’t tell him that he was supposed to be at my house. I arranged my schedule to be home. I forgave one screw up, but gave up on them after the second time. They offered me $75 off on the job he didn’t show up for.

The guy said we weren't at home when he showed up even though I waited all morning for him. I had a quote scheduled at an earlier time with another company that day and did business with them. I am happy with the work I had done by another company in the area. I am not sure why this company would ask me to write a review on them as all they did was waste my time.
