Description of Work: This was a follow up to work done on3-16-16. He was to install two missing tiles under a removed bath vanity and repair drywall damaged by his removal of the vanity a few days earlier. Took the day off and the worker call at e start time to cancel because he was sick,. I was not happy but realize things happen. Called to see if they had anyone to do the work that day or first available and never received a call back. So I would never use them again as they are not reliable at all.

Description of Work: Replaced broken windowpane in an exterior door.

Description of Work: Our service tech was Steve. He arrived promptly and attended to several small plumbing leaks we had in the house. He also replaced all outside spigots and winterized them. We found Steve to be pleasant and professional. We would hire this company again and have already booked Steve to replace light fixtures throughout the house!!

Description of Work: Removed a wall fan, patched up wall and two other spots in wall. Put some carpet down in utility room. Nice job but a bit expensive for a couple hours of work.

Description of Work: I asked for an estimate to repair 4 ground fault interrupters, a toggle switch, and a plug in the garage. The estimate was $700.00, $60.00 for parts, and $640.00 for labor. When I questioned the price, I never heard from them again.

Description of Work: I had issues with the work done by the employee in the beginning, but then I was able to speak to the Vice President who came out himself to take a look at the situation and provided complete customer satisfaction. I would give him, John Holpaw, an A+.

Description of Work: Estimate for several related tasks became a full day of work as estimated, seemed excessive and solutions mentioned for a couple of items were not what I was looking for or expecting.

Description of Work: Repaired plaster ceiling and tile in bathroom, then painted entire room and finished by applying new chalk around tub. Showed every time as scheduled and was easy to get a hold of, returning calls promptly.

Description of Work: Fixed a drawer slide guide.

Description of Work: They installed an electric door striker. It was installed in about an hour, they were on time, and very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: They provided me a quote to repair gutters. I accepted the quote. Waited for them to schedule service date...and waited...and waited. By the time they scheduled a date the weather had turned to a wintertime mix. Too dangerous to climb a ladder. Now I probably have to wait until spring to get gutter fixed.

Description of Work: All they did was to provide a quote. We needed tile set for a fireplace surround. The total sq ft is 22 sq ft. So based on their quote they charge $100 a sq ft. When most tile companies charge from $25-$50. We bought the tile and the thinset so this job is for only labor. This quote was 3-4 times more then other reputable tile companies.

Description of Work: They installed safety grab bars for toilet, shower and tub. They were fast and did a good job.
