He is very friendly and diligent. He does what he has to do then is on his way. His work is great and we will continue to use him in the future.

Right after I called they were out for an estimate, after I received the estimate I asked how soon they could be out, because we were selling the home, they said the next day. The work looks great and I really appreciated their promptness. I am very satisfied with HandyPro.

He seemed very professional and competent but the price seemed high. He warned me of things that may happened when power washing, which I appreciated.

They were very professional and all work was performed to our satisfaction.

He was punctual, courteous, clean, and finished the job on time even with the additional work of putting in the valves.

Dan was scheduled to arrive between 1:30 - 2:30; he called at 2:15 from about a mile from my home; he didn't arrive for nearly 1/2 hour later, saying he got lost. I showed him the project, installing a metal bracket to my ceiling to hold a plasma TV. He told me the charge would be $400 for what he estimated to be 2 hours work. I was shocked to hear I would be charged up to $200 per hour for basic manual labor, so he called his boss to see if he could reduce the price. The boss reduced the price by $50, and honored my Angie's List coupon for $50, thus making the price $300. Dan started the job, and it became quickly evident that he did not have the tools or knowledge to perform the job. He installed the bracket incorrectly the first time and had to remove it and start over again; I had to have two friends help Dan figure out how to install the bracket, to lift the TV, and make to make the adjustments. It took 4 hours and I had to leave for a party, so I rushed him out the door.

Called and asked if he could come EARLY !! Arrived and replaced my broken garbage disposal. As we talked about other things they can do, he looked at my slow-draining bathroom sink- actually took the elbow off to see if it was an easy fix, didn't charge me for the extra time!!

The painting job was very sloppy with no prep work done. We agreed for the manager to finish the job. He came out to clean up but missed areas. Scheduled several appointments for him to come back out but he continued to cancel, sometimes on the day of. Very disappointing.

John did tremendous work for us. We plan to hire his company again soon and ask for him specifically to install additional kitchen cabinetry and countertop, as well as other possible work. Versatile, responsive, and professional.

I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THE HANDYMAN ''DAN FRANCIS'' WHO CAME TO HELP US. HE WAS NEAT,CLEAN, HE DID WHAT WE WANTED, AND DID NOT TRY TO ''SELL'' US FOR EXTRA SERVICES. THE PRICE MATCHED THE ESTIMATE TO THE PENNY. WE WERE VERY PLEASED.

They were on time for the estimate and for the job. The work was done as promised and at the price quoted. The service guy was very thorough and nice. I was very pleased with this company.

We have been very pleased with everything they have done. One person does these things you do not have to deal with a bunch of people coming in. He has recommend somebody else for someone who paints.

Needless to say, I didn't hire this company.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THEY GAVE US A FREE ESTIMATE ON THE JOB ALL WE HAD TO SUPPLY WAS THE MATERIALS. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL WHEN WE CONTACTED THEM TO START THE JOB. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS OF WANTING THE FRONT STEPS REPAIRED.

A relative referred me to this company a few years back. I have used them three times for repair. They do great work and they are easy on my budget.

WE HAD A WATER LEAK COMING THROUGH OUR CEILING. WE CALLED AROUND AND THEY HAD THE CHEAPEST BID OUT OF ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES. WE THINK THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL THAT THEIR WAS A WATER LEAK IN MY CEILING.

I THINK THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. THEY HELPED US PICK OUT WHAT TYPE OF DOORS AND KNOBS WOULD WORK FOR OUR NEEDS. THEY WERE VERY AFFORDABLE, AND I REALLY APPRECIATED THEIR COURTESY.

THEY CAME TO OUR HOUSE ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY LAID THE TARPS DOWN SO THEY WOULD NOT GET ANY PAINT ON THE FLOOR OR ON THE FURNITURE. THEY WERE VERY NEAT. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THEY DID.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND VERY RESPECTFUL. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THEIR TOOLS WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM. I AM ACTUALLY GOING TO HIRE THEM AGAIN TO DO SOME WORK FOR ME SOON.
