Quoted something without even bothering to check the situation in my gutters. Neighbor asked why they were there, got up and did it for me for a fraction of the cost as only one 6ft section needed care. I wouldn't have hired him anyway since he didn't bother to look at anything before quoting the price. Wouldn't recommend. Wouldn't have left this if they hadn't pushed it.

The guy said we weren't at home when he showed up even though I waited all morning for him. I had a quote scheduled at an earlier time with another company that day and did business with them. I am happy with the work I had done by another company in the area. I am not sure why this company would ask me to write a review on them as all they did was waste my time.

Scheduled two appointments for someone to come out and quote job, never showed.

The job was done to my satisfaction. Patrick did the job so that it was done right. He took his time to make sure everything was done perfect.

The basic laydown of the floor is nice however we have a sliding door that now can not be closed, all edges (At door ways & all door openings) were left for us to fill in.

No one has called me for free quote. Do not understand why you would e-mail me saying job completed.

Mike did good work. My problem was with the scheduling. Twice the scheduler didn’t tell him that he was supposed to be at my house. I arranged my schedule to be home. I forgave one screw up, but gave up on them after the second time. They offered me $75 off on the job he didn’t show up for.

The workman came on the scheduled day. He worked for several hours. He was professional and answered all my questions and gave me some good advice.

They were here on time. Did a professional installation. Charged what they said the charge would be and cleaned up before they left. Couldn't be happier!

One guy came to review the job, but had to chase them for a quote. second guy said he needed to come review the job. Then quote a ridiculous price telling me to go away.

Excellent. Will Duncan purchased the replacement fan unit. Modified the opening to install the new fan. Wired in and mounted the new fan unit and was done within a couple of hours.

Handy pro never showed for the estimate appointment and after two times being told I would be called back I never heard back from them.

Dave was incredibly professional and personable. His knowledge, attention to detail, and care in completing the job were greatly appreciated. I would definitely use him again for other handyman projects.

Unfortunately, no services were performed. Just trying to get the handyman to show up and return a phone call was too much work. I asked to have a pocket door repaired which the repairman, Kyle, said he could do. He never set up a follow-up appointment to actually do the work despite the fact I told him please repair it on Thursday. I went through their call center, scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 1 PM, he called at 2 PM and said he was running late, but that he would call that day for a follow-up. Yet again, he failed. He called on Friday to ask about setting up a different day which I was reluctant to do, but he said I could call on Saturday if I changed my mind. I did call his cellphone on Saturday to schedule an appointment. 6 days later, no call back. Inside this long wait, I left a message at the call center on Monday, they too did not call back to follow up. I called on Friday to ask for an explanation and to voice my concerns. The call center agent said Kyle's supervisor would call me today. And the supervisor also failed. Do not hire this company for any reason!

Came by and saw jobs. Said estimate coming in few days. 10 days later called office regarding my estimate not received. Office states will have my contractor Dave contact me. 2 weeks later as of yesterday no word or contact or estimate. Worst experience.

It was a very good service, but little pricey.
