They were a little high compared to others. They were the 2nd highest.

He did not want to go up on the roof. He did eventually go up and do the repair. He did leave some nails on the driveway. I was not happy with him.

The HandyPro person had to inspect the wiring on the circuit breaker panel in the basement, and all outlets and switches on the first floor level. Eventually, he discovered that a ceiling light in the basement, near the circuit breaker panel, had wires that burned through. The electrical problem was solved. I found that he was very courteous, professional, as well as knowledgeable. I also believe that the charge for services rendered is very fair.

Technician came right out. Diagnosed leak immediately as something easy to fix. Gave quick guess as to cause of second leak, also easy to fix. After 10 min. visit, ended up not charging me, because work was so easy, I could do it myself. I was thrilled to not have to pay even for a service call (he chalked it up to "providing an estimate," which is free), and was also impressed with his professionalism and ability to see at a glance what needed to be addressed. Would definitely call this company again!

They wanted to rebuild the window for an outrageous price but I have another company coming out to do it for about half of what Handypro quoted me. I could tell that the guy wasn't qualified to replace a window.

The experience with them was very pleasant. The plumber was very professional and knew what he was doing. They use PDC pipes and you have to be very careful how you tighten that up, otherwise, you can ruin the plumbing, so, they did a good job.

He was very efficient and helpful.

Very well. They offered a quote that we accepted, although in retrospect the quote seems high. Still, well done except for price. We'll be more conservative next time.

They never responded to my request to discuss the work I had. That's too bad because I had work in two condominiums and one home where I am moving to very shortly. I picked the contractor because of the rating on Angie's List, but that appears to have been a mistake at least as far as follow up and customer service.

I have used them for 10 years though and they are great! I couldn't live without them! The price is their estimate for this window project.

Will never know since no one has returned our call.

Handypro did an excellent job, as always. The person was very knowledgeable. He came promptly when he said he would and finished the job on time.

Dale was great. He came in, did his work, and made it easy for us to get work done while he was there. Everything that he did was completed well. He paid a great deal of attention to detail and made sure his work was top notch.

Mark did an excellent job. I was very pleased with his work. The tuckpointing was very clean. The steps where a bit of a problem because the previous owners had done a shoddy job of replacing them. Mark fixed their mistakes and now they look great. I asked him about bricking in the coal shoot and he agreed to do it for a fantastic price (even suggested way I could save money). Overall Mark is great.

I FELT THAT THE JOB WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY. I DID NOT FEEL LIKE I HAD ANYTHING DONE. I KNOW THAT HE DID DO THE WORK, BECAUSE MY SON WALKED AROUND THE HOUSE WITH HIM AND I SAW HIM PUT PUTTY ON THE HOUSE. I COULD STILL FEEL A DRAFT AND MY HOUSE WAS STILL COLD. EVIDENTLY, THE COLD AIR WAS COMING FROM MORE SOURCES THAN WHAT HE ORIGINALLY THOUGHT.

I didn't have the work done, but I will contact HandyPro to install the doors when I purchase them at the correct size.
