+ 0 moreThe handyman did a good job and took the time to answer my questions fully; I do think the price was a bit excessive and will drive me to seek cheaper options in the future. The only negative thing I can say is that I called the company within a week or two of the completion of the work to report that we still had some water leaking, they said they'd have the handyman who did the work call me back, and he never did.
Description of Work: The handyman fixed some plumbing underneath a few of our sinks, and also fixed a leaky pipe in the basement.

+ -1 moreI spent quite a bit on the service. The work they did went well. They came and did the work, and everything was fine. I think that they were very good but pretty expensive. I don’t think that there was any particular quality that stood out about them. They were nice and efficient. I think the work they did was fine. It’s very hard to judge on quality because there are not too many ways to do it. It was just replacing things. They were excellent on responsiveness but there were some issues. I might go to another electrician the next time, hoping that they could do it for less. I might use their services again in the future depending on the job.
Description of Work: I used Handypro Handyman Service Inc. I last used their services may be two weeks ago. I had them do some electrical work. They replaced ballasts in some fluorescent lights.

+ -1 moreSee above. FOLLOW UP - 8/11/11 - A manager did call me following this report. I explained the problems and he seemed to agree and understand. I was told that he would investigate and get back with me. It has been just about two weeks with no return call.
Description of Work: Had a faucet replaced, flooring repaired in the kitchen, flooring repaired in the master bath, trim installed, some other odds and ends. Two solid days of work. The Handyman arrived on schedule and completed all the work within his 2-day time estimate. I only gave him a "C" for quality because after the bathroom floor repair you can see hairline fractures in the tile he installed. I was told he could fix it but it would probably cause more damage to do so. Not happy about it but chose to leave it. Also, he scratched up my sink considerably while replacing the faucet. To his credit he bought some enamel paint to touch it up but you can still see the gouges.

Description of Work: Birds had pecked a good size hole in our home's stucco veneer. Jeff with handypro patched the hole and repainted the area. I really can't even tell where the hole was as the patch blends in perfectly.

+ 3 moreWe had a toilet overflow and it had run down the walls and damaged my ceiling in my basement. They came out and did a free estimate. It was a little bit difficult with the gentleman that actually did the estimate. He came out once I got hold of him and did the work. He was done when he said he would be done. It did not cost anymore than the initial estimate. The work was really good and I was very impressed. There was just a little bit of delay between when he came and did the estimate and when they actually did the work. I have taken an estimate from him before he left for painting the outside trim.
Description of Work: Handypro Handyman Service repaired holes in the toilet drain. He also took care of some trim and things like that which required a little bit of carpentry. He then painted the whole thing.

They were set to do the work a few days later but called me to say it would be delayed a few days due to a personal situation and that was fine with me. Alll went well and it looks good. From start to finish it was about 10 days.

They sent a gentlemen by the name of Lee to give us an estimate and then to do the work. He was absolutely great. The work was done efficiently, correctly and the railing looks wonderful. When we contacted him, he came when he promised and was the most personable handyman I have ever dealth with. We are definitely going to have him back in the near future to do some more work for us. The price was more than reasonable and the work was excellent. I highly recommend this company and especially, Lee.

I spoke with the service rep. via phone while he was on the premises; he was very thorough and provided detailed information as to what needed to be repaired. Digital pictures were provided via email as agreed for my evaluation; the work appears to be of good quality, and performed as specified. The overall all experience was good.

He told me how much the price was per hour and how long he thought the job would take. I was very pleased with the completion of the job.
