I have a kitchen that is very small not more than 100sf, I just wanted to put new cabinets and ceramic tile after leveling the floor and their quote was $7500.00 for labor only , I don't know what planet those guys are from or who they have been scamming. They did not provide any work for me.

Both jobs went very well. We were pleased with their work.

The work got done and on time, but the quality was so so. The repair man used white caulking on a bathroom that had brown grout. The molding was not installed nicely- The edges were rough and the screws were not flush. I thought the price was high for the service offered ? also, the repair man kept going outside to smoke while on the clock!

A few miscellaneous things : replaced a couple of deck boards and a few spots with peeling paint were scraped and reprinted in kitchen.

In general it went well. Jay was professional. My frustration was with the restoration of the wood on the front door. When we first discussed the job, he was to repair the wood, sand it and paint it. However, when he arrived he informed me that the putty had to set for 24hours prior to sanding and painting. He did not offer to come back and complete the job, so I ended up sanding and painting myself. If I wanted to do it myself, I would have not paid to have the work done. When Jay quoted the job, he said it is about $100 an hour. He was here a little under 11/2 hours. So there was a little money left to come back. Or at least offer - even if it cost a little more. Everything else was done to expectations, the caulking of the window and trim nailed on the chimney. The chimney was the most difficult part of the job as the pitch is steep.

Went well. Did little improvements here and there not covered by the contract. Even painted the downspouts.

I was leary of the fact that Paul said It might take up to 3 hours but he also said he would not know until he got into the job. I prefer that a contractor overestimate and take less time if possible and that is what happened.He was knowledeable and curteous and very considerate because I wanted to keep the integrity of the pieces as much as possible for contribution to a charity. I happened to mention the broken Towel Rack and he was able to fix that also! Will definitely use Handypro again and will request Paul. His integrity is a pleasure to experience1

I joined AL to find a handyman to work on an urgent drywall problem (about 6 square feet). I called HandiPro because they were at the top of the list. I talked to two receptionists to set up an appointment for them to come out and see the work. It took many days before they could come out. When the guy did come out, he knocked on the neighbors door instead of the right one, then left. I called him and told him he knocked on the wrong door, but he couldn't come back out that day or until the following Monday. When I got the quote, I was told he couldn't do the work until over a month out. I called the company a few times after that to try to get a better date and twice the company did not call me back when the receptionist said they would. I ended up doing the work myself.

Technician was scheduled to arrive between 8-9 am to give free estimate of bathroom shower renovation job. Technician arrived at approximately 8:15am, looked at shower, took measurements and told me that the office would contact me with an estimate. He did not discuss any details or options regarding renovation. I have not received the estimate or heard anything back from "the office" regarding this renovation. I will not contact them again, still looking for someone to complete this job.

Patrick was absolutely the best. So professional, very neat, and absolutely was honest with me every step of the way. I called Handyman Pro for an estimate on July 1 and due to the July 4th holiday, I couldn't get an estimate scheduled until July 8. Once Patrick came out on July 8, he said it could be as late as the 15th or 16th before he could get back to do the work because they were so backed up with work. However, I had already been without my washer and dryer running since I had moved in June 17, so I was getting a bit desperate. So Patrick said he would be in the area on Friday the 12th and if his jobs finished on time or early, he would give me a call and come do the the work. Well, he ended up not being able to do the 12th, but he graciously offered to come on Saturday, July 13. I had to tell Patrick that my mom had taken seriously ill and was in the hospital and I wasn't sure if I could then be the one to keep the appointment and let him in. But Patrick was absolutely the best. He worked with me and we figured out a time I could meet him on Saturday and he did the work. I was absolutely thrilled to finally have my washer and dryer going again, as well as having the ice maker in my new refrigerator going. Patrick went well above and beyond because Saturday is not a normal working day for him. So for him to listen to my situation and work it out the way that he did this was the best. It says a lot when a company is willing to go the extra mile to help someone out like Patrick did for me. Kudos to him and to Handyman Pro. I will definitely call them again should I have something come up that I need help with.

The people at HandyPro did a terrific job. I have an older home that has alignment issues to say the least. The back door was installed by a family member trying to do me a favor. Needless to say that it was poorly done; the drywall and trim was never replaced and there was no weatherproofing or sealing of any kind due in part to the alignment problems. Jack from HandyPro was very professional in his estimation as well as his installation. He, as well as John, were punctual and worked through one of the hottest afternoons of the year with a great attitude and attention to detail. They made my terrible eyesore of a door into one that functions and looks like it should. As a single woman, trying to find a reputable and professional company to do work around the house can be a daunting process. I will not only hire HandyPro again, I will be sure to tell my friends and family what a great job they did and how well I was treated from beginning to end. Thank you!

I wasn't home at the time (my son was). He showed up on time, was professional and performed the service.

They were very professional and they did an excellent job. I had a couple of problems with some roofing and some ceiling work. They smoothed out the ceiling and now I cannot even tell where the ceiling was messed up. Their price was good too and they gave me a senior discount. They were on time, cleaned up by themselves, and did not leave a mess. Some workers do not clean up. They just did a real good job. In fact, I am having someone from their company to come out this week and do some repairs that I need done around here. I would recommend HandyPro Handyman Service Inc.

Joe was excellent. He completed all of the tasks in very short order and asked if we had anything else since he finished early. Since we had purchased the "Big Deal" and he had enough time remaining, he installed a set of under cabinet lighting I recently purchased and fixed some cabinet molding that had fell years ago. I think he still finished early. I would highly recommend HandyPro. They were punctual, professional and very efficient.

It went very well. Joe Kawula was the gentleman who performed the services. He was very professional. I would use him and HandyPro Handyman Service again if needed.

No work was done. I needed an estimate. I called Handy-Pro for an estimate on a deck gate. The young lady that I spoke with was Michelle. She and I sat up an appointment for 04/17/2013 between 1pm and 2pm. I thought that was kinda strange because the other contractors said I didn't need to be home for them to get information for an estimate on outside work. I was home from 11:30 on. When I called the office at 2:15 and stated that the workman had not shown up, Michelle said she would check. She came back on the line and told me that the workman said no one was home and that he left the estimate in the door. I told her that I had been home since 11:30 and that no one rang the doorbell. She nastily, sneeringly told me "well I'm just telling you what he told me." No apologies, no I'm sorry about the mixup, nothing in the way of smoothing this with me the customer.

The work was covered in the 2 hours we paid for. Everything went fine and he did what we asked.

It went very nicely. It looks great.
