I was very pleased with them. They were very professional. I decided to use them because of the recommendations on the list.

He did an excellent job. He called us back when he said he was going to call us back. He was very clean, professional, and neat. In one bedroom there was no light fixture and he had to do a little more work. We will definitely call him again.

Danboise technician arrived ahead of time. As usual , no hassel on the price; the price was the one quoted in his book for the replacement of the hose. I chose the more expensive metal hose , but well worth it. He was finished and out the door in 30 minutes.

The cost was more than I expected, but it looks like they did a good job and installed quality equipment. They were very responsive -- the plumber was scheduled for the day after I called. I received confirming phone calls the night before and the day of the work. He arrived on time and efficiently installed the equipment.

I have already recommended them a billion times. They are the only plumbers I feel I can trust. Their prices are very competitive.

Repairs went well. Once I had an issue, and they corrected the problem -- fast and friendly!

They are honest. They have been in business for 40 years. They are punctual, do quality work and they offer reasonable pricing.

We have a yearly maintenance contract. Our furnaces and humidifier were inspected and normal work was done. We have used Danboise for years for water heaters, electrical, and other services. The maintenance contract includes free inspections, advice and priority service.

They are excellent in doing their work. They are very expensive but, maybe everybody is very expensive, I don't know. I know that they really do their work and they stand behind it.

Everything went well. They did a good job, and I would certainly consider using them again.

All of the work looks good and everything is up to code. The guys who came out were very polite and knowledgeable. They came out right when they told us that they would. They told us when there was an overcharge and they were very dependable. I had a wonderful experience with them.

They are very prompt and professional, and take care to cover their shoes so they do not mess up my floors. They have always done a good job, and their prices are reasonable. I have been happy with them and will continue to use them.

It overflowed and leaked through to the basement(fun). Turns out that it wasn't clogged anymore when he came over the next day(or so), spouse has never needed a plumber before, but, thought that there might be a problem he couldn't fix. So, it ended up that it just need to be caulked around the base. Plumber also changed the inlet hose. Husband asked about installing a new garbage disposer. Turns out installation of this mid-to-low-level disposer would have cost about $400 to install it. So, husband did it himself. I have a girlfriend that installed one herself. Too expensive to pay for these services!

The technician arrived promptly and was very helpful. He could have just flushed the zone we were having problems with, but since they charge a flat rate, he stayed and cleared all of the zones for us. He was very pleasant and professional.

The service was great. The receptionist was very pleasant and we were able to get a technician out within an hour. He was very professional and very good at diagnosing and solving our problem.

They were extremely prompt. Very courteous in giving me a call letting me know the plumber was on his way.

I was told there would be approximately $90 service call charge (which most companies would take off the cost of the repair, they did not). They did not have the part in stock. Had to wait until Monday to get it. The worker they sent was professional and did the job quickly. My complaint is that I was charged over $300 for replacement and installation of a part that I found online for no more than $30.00. They charged me well over $100.00 just for the part. I was disappointed as I called them based on their name recognition and "supposed" reputation. I would not use them again.

They showed up exactly on time; very thorough assessment of our heating and cooling needs. We felt that they would give us excellent service. However, their quote was almost twice as much as our lowest quote, and much more expensive than any of the others we received.

I wasn t completely satisfied with the price as I thought it was very expensive, but he did do the job right and the quality was really good. I would probably shop around the next time though, but I would still use his service if I had to. He was very professional and courteous the entire time he was here.

As soon as I called them and explained my problem they sent someone out right away to look at my a/c. They figured it out fast and got it fixed right away. I think they showed up within two hours or so. They only charged me a service fee they did not charge me for the freon.

They were professional, but they didn t seem to know what they were doing with the installation of our fans. They told us that the light and the fan itself would not work separately, and after calling the manufacturer to find out about this, he told us that is not the case. My husband has since changed the fans to work correctly. I will not be using the services of this company again.

When the person arrived he solved the problem within 2 minutes by pushing in the trip button on a wall socket in my kitchen. We discussed some other electrical work I wanted done. He advised I purchase a $90.00 service agreement versus paying the electrical investigation fee. That way, I could apply it toward the other work I wanted done. The other work totaled over $600 in his quote and I could not afford to get it done.

They were great and explained everything from start to finish. They also gave us several tips to help keep them cleaner than before, this was the first time they had been done since the house was built-22 years ago.

Not only had the ducts not been cleaned in 15 years, I had major home renovations over the past year - they were filthy. Danbois spent two hours working from the both the basement and at each register throughout the house. From what I can see at the registers -they did a very thorough job at getting all the accumulated dirt.
