It took awhile for them to come out and do the work.one person told me it would take 4 to six weeks another person told me 7 weeks to complete the deck .but when they finally got it done it look great.

Its been 3 weeks, since I signed a contract and put half down on a project for my front porch. I have been very patient with them waiting for a start date. I called the office twice and was transferred 3 times then hung up on. I am about to cancel my contract.

I was very pleased with Chuck and his crew. He was very helpful from talking to my insurance and helping me pick out my materials/color. I would recommend his services to friends and family. They did a great job w/ clean up as well.

I gave a pretty negative review of this company after talking with a very unpleasant woman in the office who stunchly refused to discuss our problem, however, after my daughter called them, the flat roofers came back out and spent a good amount of time repairing what was done wrong and even fixing a couple of things that were not precipitated by their original roofing job. The repairmen were very personable and worked hard to address all of our concerns. After they came back, I have a much more positive opinion of their work. The house roofers did a very good job as well. I still hoped they fired the hopeless case woman in the office. :-)

Chuck was extremely helpful with our storm insurance claim. The work crew finished in less than a day. We love the timberline, roof selection color, we highly recommend Avalon.

We hired Avalon to roof our house, garage and flat roof over porch. It took them several months to even show up to do the job. The roofing crew worked hard and did a good job on the house and garage. However we have had trouble with the flat roof over the porch. It still leaks. It was snowing the day they finally arrived to roof it. We had the crew out twice since we contracted the job. The last time, they took a piece of siding we provided, with them back to the shop which was supposed to be re-installed. Avalon says the problem is the broken siding and not the roof, however, THEY broke the siding and refuse to make the repair with the new siding my husband provided. We tried calling again and were transferred to some woman who proceeded to shrilly over-talk us and refuse to hear our complaint. She was exceedingly rude and overbearing and made me angry. I handed the phone to my husband who very patiently tried to tell her our problem and she proceeded to scream at him. We asked to speak to a manager and she refused to transfer us. She said she would give him a message. We never heard back. We paid nearly $13,000 for a new roof and the leak in the flat roof is still leaking, the siding is broken and they removed the spare siding from the premises. Our son has volunteered to replace the broken siding. At that point, if the roof still leaks, we will see an attorney. I would NEVER have that company do anything for us again! Their guarantee was fantastic - and worthless!

Sales people are there to sell. Don t believe everything they say.

The initial process with Chuck was excellent, he assisted with insurance contacts and here for our inspection with the adjuster. The Avalon work crew we had were very friendly and did a great job despite the heat of the summer. Some nails and debris were found and reported to Chuck. Overall wonderful experience.

I felt the crew did a good job on my roof. They were nice and efficient.

After hearing great things about Avalon, I decided to use them for my kitchen and flooring project. Although it took longer than projected the floors & kitchen look great and turned out exactly how I wanted.

Juan and crew arrived at 8 AM. After replacing the house roof, including 4 skylights, and a 24 x 36 detached garage roof, the tucks pulled out of the driveway at 4 PM. Then it began raining off and on for almost 3 weeks No Leaks! Extremely efficient, no mess, painless as possible. Highly recommend Juan s crew from Avalon.

I used their Austin, TX branch to replace the roofing on my home in Manor. They were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the end result. The quality of the materials is much better than the original roofing.

I am absolutely impressed with Avalon. Avalon was very fair with their 50 year Timberline HD Shingle cost. The roofing crew was very thorough through the insulation process. The roofing crew was very efficient when covering all of our landscaping. I can not say enough about Avalon and the roofing crew. If you are in the market for a new roof, I would 100% highly recommend Avalon and their roofing crews.

They finished a to day job in one day (double teamed it). The roof looks great.

I love looking at my house! I had new windows and siding projects completed and although there were a few issues (completely resolved), the jobs were completed to perfection. I have received numerous compliments on a house built in 1920 that looks brand new. My neighbors just had their roof done last week by Avalon based on my recommendation and they were thrilled with the work crew and how quickly and neatly the roof was completed. Next up for them, new windows from Avalon of course!
