They did not show when they said they wood and they did not clean up very well after they were done ..

We were well taken care of at every stage. Work was done on time and as promised. Workers were amazing. Eight men all seemed to know their job. I could not tell who was the boss. They laughed and joked and seemed to be having a good time as they shoveled off the old roof and laid down the mew in less than seven hours. Very efficient and very professional.

not on time, delayed, too busy for their britches. You would expect a project manager to have you on a schedule, but no....many calls and did not do what was agreed to, had to have them back. We will see if they keep their commitment

Excellent Service

Advance notification could be improved but the quality of work and workmen showing up on time was excellent. Also the final cleanup was very good.

Management a Group are very poor communicators. Took from March 30 contract signing until july5 to start the project. Crew I had was good, when they were here. Often only two of four would show. Car troubles, sickness, called to other jobs.took almost six weeks to do the job. If the whole crew would have been here, it could have been done in four weeks. Crew leader, Jim, did solve a lot of the challenges along the way.

Great communicators

Pleased with the work. The only issue was that the site supervisor or customer service rep. never did a follow up after the work was done. I found leftover debris (nails, etc.) in my yard & on the deck.

They were very knowledgeable and professional. They installed 3 windows, ended up having to replace the wall. Did everything in a day and a half. They did a great job. I highly recommend them. I'll be calling them to do the rest of the windows later this year.

We had 8 windows installed. The installers were very professional. They worked quickly, took pride in their work and cleaned up after they completed the work. We were very satisfied. The salesman was able to provide the information we requested and Jennifer was great in scheduling our appointment and answering any questions we had.

I suffered damage from the March 2017 Wind Storm, as did many others. Mike V. came out and give me an estimate. He told me he would work directly with the Insurance Company's Claims Adjuster offering to meet with them personally, answer any questions they may have. Mike did just that. The Work Crew was awesome. Crew Leader Serviano was great. What a go-getting hard-working crew! 48 square. Complete tear-off and re-roof in one day! Everything completed and cleaned-up! Serviano wanted to make sure everything was to my liking before they left. He went over everything with me, to make sure I was satisfied. The new roof looks awesome! Thank you Avalon.

Avalon responded quickly to my request and arranged a meeting within a day or two. The salesperson (Chris) was knowledgeable and provided a very competitive quote. They worked with us to schedule the work before some exterior painting that we are also planning and surprised us by beating their original schedule date by a week. The team showed up promptly at 7:30 AM and had everything completed and cleaned up before the end of the day. We had a small issue with the dumpster that Adam resolved quickly and efficiently. This was a shingle replacement that included stripping the original shingles off. They were a pleasure to deal with.

were very professional and did a great job. They were carfeful of my landscaping and did a grest job with their clean up.

I have not had my roof replaced yet but feel that it will go well based on the experience I've had with the sales rep..

Very poor communication between actual field workers, the main office & the consumer. Worked hard when they were here. Some difficulty in getting staff here to finish up.
