Description of Work: Repaired the foundation by my basement window that was cracked. He did a nice job and when I am ready to finish repairs in my basement foundation I am going to contact them to do the work. Was out to give me an estimate the day after I spoke with them, and did the repair same day. Would definitely recommend Perry and Perry!!!

Description of Work: Contacted them for foundation repair and stone work. Both jobs were separate and took a bit longer to get started than expected. Part was material availability and part was their busy schedule. Foundation work (fixing a leaky corner in the basement) was completed very professionally. Very pleased with this part of the job. Stone work on the front of the house is exactly what we were looking for. Very pleased again.

Description of Work: Mr Perry came to my home and examined my basement floor cracks. He drilled a whole thru the floor to see what was below the concrete. There was gravel and we able to see that the floor was at least 4" thick. There was no sign or any moisture. The conclusion was that the cracks were from a prior period in time but not structurally a problem. He recommended filling in the cracks with a quality epoxy. Part of the fee was to cover the expense of driving out to where live I spoke with Mr's Perry's wife via the phone prior to his appointment and she told me there would be a $60 charge for the visit and evaluation etc. I was totally satisfied with Mr Perry's assistance.
