Description of Work: Replaced garage door.

Description of Work: Repaired a snapped cable on my 50-year-old overhead garage door; gave me a very reasonable estimate on replacing the door, which I expect to do early next year. I have used this company before, in the winter of 2014, to repair the track in an overhead barn door, which had somehow become warped during the very cold weather, and was very please with the responsiveness, quality of work, and price then too. I expect to use them again when I replace the garage door in a few months.

Description of Work: Overhead Door Company of Lansing replaced our garage door. There was a mistake with the color of the window panels that was made by the factory, but Overhead Door Company corrected the problem promptly. They were great to do business with and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced two springs in the garage door.

Description of Work: Fix both springs. One broke. I have been dealing with overhead for over 30 years.

Description of Work: Swapped out failed Wayne Dalton door springs with traditional springs. Dis so in a timely manner and at a cost less than was originally quoted.

Description of Work: The cable on the garage door lift came off of the spooler leaving the garage door non-operational. I called them at 9AM and by 1:00 a service tech showed up, fixed the problem, lubricated and adjusted the entire lift system and tested it. He then explained to me the problem we had was caused by the large spring loosing it's tightness. Overall they showed up quickly, went over and above my service expectations and charged a fair price. Good guys!

Description of Work: Remote to garage door wouldn't work and new battery I put in didn't work either. Called Overhead Door Company of Lansing and they sent out a repairman. He put in a different battery and of course the remote worked. He offered to move the switch in the garage to just inside my livingroom window so I now have the switch inside my mobile home, which is very nice. And he even shoveled my porch/ramp and sidewalk. Would definiately recommend this company and would/will call them again if the need arises.
