The best garage door maintenance work we have found.

The tensioner spring to our very old wooden garage door busted. The door was installed so long ago that instead of having two springs, ours only has one. The technician was able to find a replacement which saved us the expense of having a bar and additional spring installed.

Took 5 weeks and the color doesn't match the house. A bit disappointed that the salesman didn't offer samples of the color options, because the one he recommended looks odd. Haven't attempted to contact the company about the issues because I'm afraid they will try to charge me more for a different color door. We plan to paint it in hopes that it will look better.

The communication was great and very prompt. The technician/ installer was right on time and finished the job in less that the expected time. The door itself is beautiful and VERY quiet. We are very pleased with the whole experience, start to finish!

I called several places and it was a Friday afternoon, and I was backing out, I didn't hit the door with my car, but something I didn't have tied down properly, fell into the track and destroyed the track. I couldn't close my door. It was jammed in the open position and I have a lot of stuff in my garage that I couldn't secure.. I called numerous people and they said they could come out next Tues or Wed. I had hesitated calling Overhead Doors because I assumed it was Friday and they were probably busy. But I was desperate so I had to call them and it was around noon and they said how about 2 o'clock. I was stunned, regardless of how much they charged me, I was happy to just have someone come out and look at it in such short notice. Everyone knows they are number 1, they've got more experience on this stuff. Sure enough, the guy they sent to do it took care of it in less than a half hour. It was just jammed in a position that I physically couldn't get it undone. He took care of the whole thing and lubed it up and gave me some tips on how to make it last a little bit longer. He charged me $100, and even if that seems like a lot, I would have been happy at $200. But to get a call on such short notice, and he did have to put some materials in it. Part of that $100 was labor and some was materials. One of the large pieces was bent badly and he didn't have the part on the truck but he was physically able to straighten it.

For the repair they did a satisfactory job. The lady I talked to in the office was not nice. They could have had a better office representative and I thought the price was a little high.

It was very good they were prompt, I had a key lift entry in before and that one, had just a few days over it's warranty for that one and so I like the key lift entry so much and everything, I really missed it when the one wasn't working and so when I called them, they came and replaced it and they were prompt, they did the work fast and they were very reasonable.

My heavy wooden sectional garage door wasn't working, and it appeared the cable on one side was broken. The guy said nothing was broken, the cable had only come detached on one side. He rewound the cable around its drum, got the wheel back on its track, and lubed everything. He also tightened the tension of my springs so the cable detachment problem wouldn't happen again. All done in half an hour. The door has been working like a charm ever since. Although Overhead charges a pittance more than competitors for a service call ($95 vs $89), Overhead actually charges less for big deal repairs, such as replacing broken springs. The guy who came to my house was extremely competent, and did not try to mislead me into thinking I needed a whole new door.

They're fairly good. They used to be better, I had used them for a very long time, but something changed and it seems that I have needed several trips to fix one thing. They don't always catch things the first time.

Service provider was prompt to respond, punctual to the appointment, and performed the work as requested. Was happy with their service and will use them again for future repairs.

Everything is fine with them. I have used them before in my old house too. The interaction with them was fine, they came on time, and the work turned out good, it is fixed.

They were prompt. They did a good job. They didn't try to sell us new tracks, said that our tracks were in good shape, kind of cleaned them up. They were reasonable.

All was completed in a day, with the doors arriving from the manufacturer a couple of weeks earlier than projected. People I dealt with were very easy to get along with and obviously highly competent.

I had scheduled an appointment for the the next day. Twenty minutes after scheduling the appointment, i was called back and informed they did have a repairman available near my address if I was available. I was and met him there he was in an out in 30 minutes.

in the height of winter, my garage door would not close. i contacted overhead garage and they responded on phone and came per schedule. the problem was a malaligned electronic eye which he tech fixed soon. the tech found faults with everything including the brand of motor, the state of rollers.the door itself. he was interested in nothing but breaking everything apart and sell me something. it is only a 10 year old house built by a very reputable builder, same brand works well in houses everywhere. Since I had moved into this house only a few months ago and was not able to program the keypad and one of my cars to the code, i asked him for the help. He tried half heartedly for a few minutes and gave up again quoting the crappy brand ( python) system. Incidentally a general handyman who came to fix some shelves in my house was able to program the keypad in no time. i allowed him to change the rollers on one of the doors( $180) when only one top roller was making a little rattling sound but was working. the service charge of $ 75 was still levied on top of the roller change. in the past another company came to fix a broken spring in my other house, it cost $140 for the spring and labor, the service call was not charged as repair work of greater value was done. It was however good that they sent somebody in 4 days, the other company had no opening for 2 weeks.

They took about a half hour. Had told me they couldn't get to me until the following week but changed to just two days later because of other work in the area and the type of job it was.

The cable on my garage door broke. I called Overhead Door, was given a quote and the earliest date they could get to me (a couple days). The repair took an hour and the price was as quoted. The company contacts were polite and friendly. Should the need arise, I would call them again.

The price was good and at the begining, they were willing to talk. Then after I agreed to have the services performed, I had to make all the contacts. Then the job got done. The wrong door was put on the garage. I asked for windows and got no windows. Thats ok. I was ok and understand things can go wrong. But NO contact to let me know what was going on. I called and they could not hang up fast enough. Had they just laughed it off and said oops; I would have given them all A's. I was ignored and that is what hurt the most. I just found out they fixed the door but no one called to say they were going to do it. No one called to say it was done. I Still have not got the final bill......I am just disapointed. The workers did a good job. The product is great. I am happy now that it is done but - I just wished they would have called.

Replaced pulley. All seems to be working smoothly. _x000D_|First contact was thru their website. However they didn't call me, so I contacted them by phone. The guy that I spoke to was very pleasant. But the female who routed my call and to whom I spoke on the day of the repair was less than friendly._x000D_|Overall job well done for a reasonable price!
