Description of Work: I would get a quote from this provider in the future simply because of the lack of other options. We had 1 job quoted to fix a leak in bathroom tub faucet about 2-3 years ago. The plumber quoted us something between $600 and $1,000 and wanted to replace the whole tub enclosure along with the faucets. I believed the problem could be fixed with a washer in the faucet and we consulted another plumber who did just that for less than $100 most of which was the service call! Our next job was to place bannisters on 2 staircases. The carpenter who designed the job added an extra bannister which we did not ask for. When we stopped him from installing that bannister and contacted EB they refused to refund the cost of the materials for the unwanted bannister which they then took away after the job was done.

Description of Work: They replaced some rotted cedar siding and trim on my 20 year old house. That siding was no longer manufactured so they did their best to match it, even routing the grooves to make them the same size as the existing panels. They accidently painted the siding the wrong color by matching the trim color and not the existing siding color, several shades different. When I pointed that out, they repainted them at no extra cost. The workers were courteous and professional. No complaints. I definitely recommend EB COMPANIES.

Description of Work: EB Handyman Remodeling fixed a cabinet door, they put a faucet in a powder room, and they put a hole in a wall so that we could get to an outdoor faucet that had no access.

+ -1 moreI tried installing them both of them myself. I didn?t seem to be able to fix the leak in the kitchen faucet. I tried to install the faucet in the bathroom and couldn?t get any far. He came in for both the jobs. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to get over with it. The first job he did it very well. I had to replace the faucet again in the second job that he did because he didn?t tell me that the shut off valve wasn?t working even though he had probably turned off the water for the house. I was very disappointed with the second job that he did. The faucet was of inferior quality and he wasn?t ready to make that call and I had to make that call to replace it. I would use him again in future.

+ 0 moreIn addition, the following day there was a leak that occurred only when the faucet was running. He had already alerted to problems from the aerator that were easily fixed. It turned out that the aerator needed to be scrwed in to just the right tightness to prevent leaks while the faucet was running. He arrived and fully explained this problem the day after the initial repair.
Description of Work: In the process of installing a new faucet in the master bathroom, I encountered problems finishing the installation. Erik was able to arrive the same day and finish the installation.

Description of Work: They took off our back deck, which is over a flat piece of roof. They then fixed the roof which was leaking and rotted and then put a new deck on.
