It was a pretty limited job but they seemed to do just fine. They didn’t actually repair anything. I would use them again in the future.

He quickly diagnosed the problem with the furnace fan motor, had a new electric motor in his truck, and did a very professional job of replacing the motor.

He kind of exaggerated the complexity of some of the things that we wanted done. He told me that the water heater was about to blow up which was not quite the case at all. His responsiveness was good. I called him and we made an appointment right away. They showed up when they said they would. Their punctuality was very good. I would absolutely not use them in the future.

Given the cost and the need to disrupt our household routine, the entire experience was quite good.

The air conditioner's condenser fan stopped working on the hottest day of the year up to that date. I began calling residential HVAC firms listed on Angie's List. The first 10 I called all gave me the same response, "Do you have a service contract with us? No, due to the large number of call we have had, we are only seeing customer who have a service contract with us." One of the residential HVAC companies referred me to Haley Mechanical. They are primarily commercial but do have a residential customer base also. I contacted Haley Mechanical by phone, the individual was very polite and set up a service call for that afternoon. The service technician phoned to notify me of his arrival time approximately 30 minutes before his arrival. The service technician was polite and informative, he diagnosed the problem as a faulty condenser fan motor. It was replaced and the capacitor was also replaced. The 1/3 hp motor cost $ 412, the service call was$115. I was given a $20 coupon/discount by the service technician, I am not sure if this was Angie's List related. The price was fair. 1/3 hp Lennox motor are averaging $315 to $400 online. The $412 charge for the motor and same day installation seems fair and reasonable to me. The $115 service call price seems a little high to me. The $20 discount softened that, a little. After the repair the service technician checked the temperatures of both the return and output air of the AC in the main trunk off of the furnace. The temperature difference was within the acceptable range. Overall impression of Haley Mechanical, a professional, customer oriented business. I will do business with Haley Mechanical again if I have need of their services.

They were familiar with the manufacturer's policies and were able to find a way to get them to replace the exchange for free. Because of their knowledge I was only required to pay labor costs. They saved me so much money!

I spent about $500 on their services. I have used them before. Their sticker was present on the furnace. They were very honest. They did good work. However, they were a little expensive. I will use them again in the future.

The technician performed routine maintenance on the furnace, cleaning the burners, checking wiring and connections, and replaced the filter. They also fixed the humidifier which had stopped working. Overall, we were pleased with the work they performed and are happy with their service.

The company came out to determine why my heater was not blowing hot air through the vents. It turned out to be a blocked tube in the furnace. They were professional and punctual. I think the price is a bit high, but certainly the service is very good.

It's a good company and they stand behind what they do. There were some problems at one place, but the owner of the company came out to fix it. Their work was very neat and they don't leave you alone until it's done.

This was hands off for me, which is the best project. Everything works and looks great. Price was right.
