He came. Looked at the furnace and air conditioner. Did as requested. Life was good.

Great. Down less than 24 hours in 95 degree weather.

Called Haley to have someone out to check out the furnace. Also told them on the phone that I wanted to have some additional work done, like re-configuring where the furnace filter slides in and a couple of other things. When the tech arrived (who was prompt and courteous) it turned out he didn't have any other equipment with him so couldn't do the additional work. He also said Haley would have to send another person out (in Sales) to give me pricing on additional work, which seems like a cumbersome process. I still haven't called back to do this as I just don't have the time. That's why they get a 'B' on this job; otherwise it was 'A' work. The tech even found a potentially dangerous issue with my furnace so I'm glad they came. Pricing was very fair IMO.

I would hire this company for a future job.

I searched for a contrator to do some HVAC and plumbing work. I sent in an email request via their web site and never received any response. Sorry, but not responding is just unacceptable.

They were good. We were very satisfied! They seemed fair and knowledgeable.

I wanted my furnace and A/C inspected since I had seen some leaking water into my basement which seemed to be coming from the furnace. Since the fall/winter was fast approaching I wanted to make sure that there was nothing wrong in the system. I called Haley Mechanical, they were very friendly and professional, they suggested their inspection service and scheduled me for a couple of days after my call. The service technician arrived within the time window I was given. He was also very friendly and professional. I explained what I had seen and he went to work. Right away he informed me that I had the whole home humidifier still on and when the AC is on the humidifier should be off. This was the cause of the water leaking. He then proceeded with the rest of the inspection and cleaning of the furnace. He provided a report which indicated that everything was in working order and told me that everything looked in excellent shape. I was very pleased with the experience with Haley Mechanical and will call them again for yearly inspections to make sure my Furnace is properly maintained.

The entire process was an excellent experience. I dropped by their office to arrange for an appointment. I departed feeling like I was a valued customer. They were very friendly and accommodating - accommodating to the point of mentioning a rebate offer by DTE if I filled out a rebate form they provided and submitted after performing the work. (I was unaware of this rebate offer.) Three days later the service technician showed up on time. He performed the work in a efficient manner, added freon to my A/C unit without charge and answered all my questions. Being new to the area and this being my first experience with Haley Mechanical, I will certainly being using then for further needed mechanical work.

They were very punctual. They did a great job installing the furnace and explained how things worked. They answered all my questions. They cleaned up the work area. I would definitely have them come back and install a water heater when I need one!

Over the last 5-6 years we have used Haley for several Heating, cooling, repairs, duct work modification, & plumbing jobs in addition to this generator work described above. They also do my annual maintenance for furnace furnance and A/C. They are always on time, the work is always high quality and the technicians are very professional and quite expert and professional in their individual areas of expertise. After 25 years in Washtenaw county and experience with several of Haley's competitors, My wife and I strongly feel Haley is the best choice in the area for all household mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC work.

Perfect. The technician arrived quickly, found the problem immediately and had the replacement part with him. Up and running on the same day it failed.

Promt and knowlageable about what i wanted.

I phoned them on 6/18 and they were able to fit me in on 6/19 (next day). The person who took the call was courteous and was able to address all of my questions. The technician came within the timeframe quoted. He was very knowladgeable and professional, he made every attempt not to make a mess. He had a motor on the truck and was able to complete the service in a single visit. He was able to at my request check the coolant levels. He answered all of my questions in detail and was in and out in about an hour. Great service and I would HIGHLY recommend Haley Mechanical.

We were deperate since our A/C crapped out on the Satruday of Memorial Day weekend! I emailed the company with an urgent request for service. I got an email right back and he came out on the same day (Saturday) to fix the problem. He took care of the issue and was very professional. We are very pleased with Haley and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!!!!!

The problem turned out to be way more complicated than first thought. Dave started drilling/digging thru footing to find broken pipe, only to find out that several spans were broken/missing/cracked. Dave sacrificed his body/clothes digging/drilling /removing human waste byproducts from the ditch. This turned out to be a real mess. the team, never lost their professionalism throughout this ordeal. the price, of course had to be adjusted from their first estimate....but was reasonable, considering the amount of work/labor that had to be done. Luckily after two days, a solid pipe was found to tie into. The cleanup was done to my satisfaction as well .Don, my contact, went out of his way to assure me that the problem would be corrected. He allowed extra time to allow the insurance portion to arrive before I had to pay the final bill. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that gesture. Dave and Jake worked mostly without breaks or lunches in order to get the job completed. I would recommend this company to anyone having a problem such as mine.

The experience has been very good. They keep their appointments, manage their time well, and I think they’re priced fairly. We’ve used them many times, and it’s always been great.

The experience turned out well overall. I’ve used their services in the past. I feel like they were very honest; they didn’t tell me that I needed a new part; they just had to clean it out. The furnace is working fine!

The experience was pretty good. The technicians were on time and very professional. They also answered emails and phone calls very quickly. There was some communication errors early on in the project, so there were a few small issues with the installation. They were generally good about fixing the issues; ideally they would’ve planned better to never have those issues, but overall, we were happy with them. They have good staff and it’s a well-run company.
