Description of Work: It didn’t go at all. They immediately charged my card $162.50 for the anticipated cleaning. They never showed up. So I rescheduled a second time. Now we are both 70+ both disabled. My husband is a retired Vietnam War veteran. Nobody came the second time. So like fools we booked the third time which happened to be today at 11:00am. No one came again! Three times!! We are unable to contact the company for a refund. I hold Angie’s List accountable for not checking this company better. I will not EVER use Angie’s List again. You can be sure I will share family and friends about this experience.

Description of Work: The interface is simple to use. What I experienced is, there is a lot of "day of" cancels. I'm not allowed to cancel, but they are. If I cancel the day of, I get charged.

They cancelled the service an hour before the appointment and rescheduled for a day that was not convenient for us . They gave us no no way to change the appointment. The person that did the work was really great.

IT went terrible. The person never came to my house and he said that he did the work, when he did not. Handy tried to help, saying they were going to take care of it . But I do not think they did.

It went well. They came and they did not accomplish what they were supposed. It took three times for them to complete task. First one broke parts of dresser, second one let me know. Third one put together and said your missing pieces. . Then I had to finish it myself.

The only thing that bother me about the service, is when my cleaning person changes and I’m not notified. I have the service for my parents, which I generally enjoy, but I’m very particular who comes in to work with them. One thing I would like is to be notified of changes prior to cleanings, so I can make other arrangements to keep my cleaning person, without being charged to reschedule.

George our installed them and he was very efficient and did an awesome job. He was on time which I find more exception than the rule. I would rate George a 5 star. This is the second time we have used HandyMan services and will use them again.
