she was awesome, however you sent a housekeeper a second time which I did not ask for and did not use but you withdrew the money from my bank anyway. I would like my money back and please take me off your list

Poorly, they took my money prior to the job although said they wouldn't until job was complete to my satisfactory. The cleaining pro did not complete the job, they rescheduled 3 more times 2 cancelled and one no show. Will not give me a refund.

It did'nt. Someone from the Cleaning service called me an hour and a half before they were due out, and said that a family emergency had come up & I needed to reschudule. I declined.

Paid up front and scheduled in advance to when the job absolutely needed to be done. The company rescheduled me 3 times all the way up to my crunch date of needing the house then terminated the cleaning appointment all together. This was a horrible experience and I truly needed this done and now I am scrambling to try to find someone else to be ready by Friday, I will never use this service again. Sorely disappointed.

Avoid this company. I scheduled service for Saturday morning at 11:00. Two hours before it was due to start I received a text from Handy saying they were canceling and moving the service to Monday. That is completely unacceptable - both the last minute cancellation, and not asking me for a preferred reschedule time. And they have already charged my credit card for $195, BEFORE any work was performed! In parallel with this, their phone app and website appear to be broken and are not allowing new accounts to be set up, so I have been not been fully certain that I even had a reservation. I am very disappointed in their customer experience. I will never use Handy again.

Grease smears, thought floors should be much cleaner

The assigned cleaning lady, Elizabeth E., failed to show up. When I called the phone number listed for her, it rang with no answer. When I called the number again later, I had been blocked. I called the office to complain and was told to use the app. After filling out the app, I was told that they would call within 15 minutes. I received NO call. So I went back to the app to cancel the service and request a refund since they already charged my card. The response said they would call within 60 minutes. I received NO calls, in the last 2 hours.

Good. Brandy was very complete. Would make job easier if Brandy Jaber were to be MY PRO, then would not need to repeat what needs to be done each time.

I requested a morning cleaning because I had guests coming. I talked to an agent and set it all up. On the day of the cleaning, I get a text at the time the pro was supposed to come saying it had been cancelled. Highly unprofessional service providers to not have someone else come or even call to schedule another pro to come. Will never book with them again.

It didn't. I ended up hiring someone locally. Baseboards not done which was one one the things specified. Dusting wasn't done, said she was to dust around everything. Shower wasn't touched. Still had cobwebs. Again, I had requested deep cleaning. Was suppose to be here from 11-3. Staring cleaning around 11:30, I left home approximately 11:45 got home approximately 2 and she was outside getting ready to leave. Paid $153 received credit of $76 for future services. Why would I use Handy ever again?!

Everything turned out great, Easy to schedule and showed up on time

They came out to put my bed together - the company actually shipped me the wrong bed, so they came out two weeks later. I booked a handyman to put together my bed.

The first person that came out was two hours late - I rescheduled and they sent me a lady that told me she couldn't put the bed together by herself. I had to reschedule again. The last guy that came out did a great job.
