Description of Work: He did not show up for scheduled appointments and continually cancelled others. He never did complete the service and has not contacted us. I would like my money back.

Description of Work: I got an email and a phone call fron the company shortly after purchasing the service. Then the plumber called me himself. He told me that he will give me a call, and even promised to text if he had to, to confirm a date and time. Did not hear from him as he said. So I called back and was able to set a day and time. So on that day, , and this one time it was a mistake on my part. I was at work and forgot to tell the kids to be expecting a visit from the plumber. I called back and apologized to him. He was nice about it. Then again he told me he would call me back and I never heard from him and it's been 5 days today. They were all very polite, and always answered the phone, but doesn't call back as promised.

Description of Work: the snake that they used got tangled in my sewer line. they told me that they would be back to get the snake out. they came back the next week to retrieve the snake. they were unsuccessful. at that time i was told that the owner was coming the next day and he never showed up. i was forced to have another company make the repair that was caused. so on may 7,2014 i had a company come out. they had to dig up my yard and replace the sewer line which cost me $2200. at the time they removed the snake that the other company left.

Description of Work: They were GREAT!...a little late for appt. but let me know ahead of time so it wasn't a problem. I am having the come back to do some other work.

Description of Work: I did not know in advance that charges were based on the type of services performed, not time spent on the job. Unfortunately, for me, I requested several small plumbing services and was billed as if each task was a full service call. |Also, the reason for the service call was to repair the shower handel. It is still loose and does not seem to have been fixed correctly.

Description of Work: We called to have a leak in a draing pipe repaired. That job was done very well. At the time of the visit, we were in need of the kitchen faucet being replaced (we were in the middle of a small kitchen remodel). the plumber had not problem adding it onto the invoice and it was the first part of the project that was complete!

Description of Work: I had sewage backing up in my basement from on of my floor drains. I purchased a deal for $99.00 to have the drain snaked out. The employee arrived 4 hours late. It turned out there may be a collapse of the pipes as he was not able to snake out the main drain or the floor drain. I plan to have the company owner over to look at the problem and give me an estimate to have the repairs done.

Description of Work: cleared pluged kitchen drain,they changed all pips under sink. cleared pips leading to basement had to use new pips changed garbage desposal to differant sink. in double sink. i am pleased.
