I was happy with how they had cleaned the bathroom and how they cleaned the kitchen.

I got this company from Angie’s List and I have used their service last year of April.

B & D cleaning came out just like they said they would and provided a great cleaning service as listed. very pleased with them and will continue to use them on a monthly basis.

I bought a Groupon deal for this company. After being strung around for 4 months just trying to get on the schedule, I was stood up without a call. Bobie told me (on Aug 2) that she'd get back to me within 2 days. She never did. I had just moved, and have my own business which was very busy at the time, so I didn't send her any other emails until Nov 7. I sent her one on Nov 7th asking if needed to contact Groupon to get a refund, since I had not heard back from her. She told me that they were booked through the rest of the year, so I'd have to wait until after that. I told her that scheduling with them is an extremely frustrating process and that their customer service was horrendous. After that her communications with me became very unprofessional, threatening and insulting (when she contested my review which called her company a scam, I noted that I was not the only one that felt that way. She said, "Yes stupidity is contagious"). I still have not been refunded by LS despite applying for the refund. I would never ever ever contact this company again. I was actually hesitant to even write this review when prompted by an email from Angie's List, because when I wrote one on mlive I got mean emails and a nasty voicemail from Bobie stating that she had my address and would contact the police for "harassment" if I tried to contact her again. I have no interest in contacting her again, and I'm not sure how anything that I did would qualify as harassment. As far as I'm aware of, writing an honest review with dated emails to back it up wouldn't be considered harassment by the police. Therefore, I'm submitting this review and hoping that the fact that she has my address doesn't come back to haunt me.

The cleaners showed up on time. They worked very fast and had my home cleaned in two and a half hours. I will be using them on a monthly basis.

Bobie and her partner Jamie were very punctual and very nice also did a very good job, I was very pleased with the service provided.

I found them on Living Social and they were supposed to come out, but never showed up. No call No show. I called them on the day they were supposed to come and they never called back. Living Social reimbursed me the money I spent for them. They called only to find out why I got my money refunded back to me. They didn't try to fix it.

An appointment was made weeks in advance for B&D Cleaning to clean our house. At the time of the appointment, it was made known that our house was approximatey 2,200 sq. ft. and included 3.5 bathrooms. The cleaning was to commence at noon or sooner in the day. It was understood that, if more than three hours were required, the addtional time would be billed at no more than $20.00 per hour. Less than 24 hours before the appointment, we were called and advised that the cleaners would not arrive until between 1:00 and 2:00 in the afternoon. The cleaners did not arrive until 2:30 PM. Upon arrival, the two cleaners indicated that they would work for 1.5 hours and additional time would be billed at $20.00 per hour. The cleaners did not have suffiecient supplies when they arrived. In addition to loaning them our vacuum cleaner, we also had to loan them brushes, a bucket and a mop. Then, after one hour, the cleaners indicated that the job involved a "deep cleaning" and would cost an additional $100.00. At 5:00 PM, the cleaners left. The second floor was cleaned. However, on the first floor, the kitchen floor was hap-hazardly swept. the carpets were not vacuumed. the kitchen counters, stove-top and micro wave were barely touched and one full bathroom was not touched at all. In light of the advertised value of $110 plus the additional $100 paid, We effectively spent $210 for 2.5 hours of cleaning. This works out to $84 per hour, or $42 per hour per cleaner for a housecleaning that can only described as unacceptable. In this day and age, even skilled workers are making less that $42 per hour. Buyer beware of B&D Cleaning

They cleaned the whole house. They charged me less than $100 and it was ridiculously cheap. I am going to call them again next month for my mother.
