B & D Cleaning

They were nice and courteous and they left my house smelling great! They cleaned in a way that I had not expected. Our biggest problem was the scheduling. This is a small company and the owners want to make sure that they are bringing trustworthy people into your home. I plan on use this company at least once a month.

They did a great job and had to come a long way which I really appreciated. I recommend them highly to anyone.

For the money spent they did a good job, anyone can always find a stray dust bunny after teams leave. Very courteous and considerate team.

The girls were on time after several attempts to connect. Cleaner spent a lot of time on her cell phone.

I thought that they did a great job. Both women were very nice and set expectations upfront. My wife was particularly impressed. She constantly mentioned the small things that were cleaned around the house that you don't notice at first but eventually see. We plan on using them for coming quarterly to clean our house. Great small business!

The cleaning service performed a good job. I was satisfied with their overall work. I have just one compliant. They failed to clean the cooktop range in the kitchen to my satisfaction. Next time, I would have them focus on this at the beginning of the appointment.

The ladies showed up on time and worked efficiently to get everything done. They followed my prioritized list to be sure that the things most important to me were completed first. They were very polite, and I was totally at ease having them in the house.

They did a great job. I didn't dislike anything. They really did a bang up job, especially in the kitchen. They were very thorough. There was a problem getting it scheduled, that was the only problem I had.

B & D Cleaning arrived on time, cleaned thoroughly, were fast and efficient and friendly. Very good experience all around.

The two ladies thoroughly cleaned 4 rooms in my home. They did a good job and I felt they were very diligent about doing a quality job.

B & D Cleaning has not scheduled a day to come in. Payment for this service was made through Angie's List over two months ago. Service Provider is unprofessional, as I was told that they were busy several times or taken off their schedule. I am requesting a total refund for services not rendered.

They arrived and were polite and friendly. I requested that the kitchen and upstairs bath be the focus. In the kitchen I asked that the cupboard doors, the floor and the foot molding be really cleaned, as I couldn't get on my hands and knees and clean real good. Also the doorwall and the blinds on the kit. window. In the bath my real concern was the tile behind the toilet that went 1/2 way up the wall. I was very specific and clear with my requests. I expected that Jody would do the tiles in the bath and then have time left to come down and help Bobbi with the kit. I think the kitchen floor was done with a mop, the foot molding was not done. She cleaned the stove and left a residue. I wiped it with clear hot water and I got foam. So I had to wash it all down. The doorwall is still dirty and has streaks on the inside. I told her she didn't have to do the outside. I supplied Jody with bucket, brush and old towels to put on the floor. I don't think she used the brush because the grout was still not that clean. Two hours should have been plenty of time to have the kitchen floor and cupboards shine, and the bathroom tiles very clean. It was such disappointment.

They did solid work. The bathrooms looked fantastic. The employees were very professional and polite.

Not well. Job was not completed to my satisfaction. Provider said there wasn't enough time to clean everything. The advertised time of 4 hours of deep cleaning became 1 hour and 20 minutes because there were three of them.

The service was great and the ladies were friendly and did a great job.

After some difficulty in finding a mutual time for this appointment, they were able to fit me in. They were friendly and professional. They did a great job on the kitchen floor and de furring the dogs favorite chair.

I would like to hire them again and see how it goes. if service is as good as first time then I would hire them for many months to come.

This company was scheduling by area only and seemed to be over booked. They told me that they did not service my area even though it was stated on the big deal that they service my county.

They were 1/2 hour late of our scheduled time, but I would still use them again for future cleanings as they apprised me they would be late. They were extremely kind and professional.
