The technician came in on time. He called to let me know he was on his way. He pretreated the carpet and explained all the steps that he was taking to clean the carpet. He had truck mounted equipment, so he connected to the water bib outside. It was a small area so it only took him about 45 minutes for the complete job. He explained to me some tips for spot cleaning before he left. He also showed me the dirty water from the carpet as he dumped it in the street. There were some areas on the carpet that didn't look quite clean but he said that those are wear patterns in the carpet, not dirt. There was a little water spillage in the foyer on the flooring. I think that happen as he pulled the cleaning machine out of the house and he did not see it. Other then that, an excellent job.

We were happy with the service. They were able to get some older stains out.

I was very pleased with SunGlo. On my initial inquiry the gentleman I talked to was very helpful and friendly. The service rep, Joe, very professional and pleasant. I had never used SunGlo before but Angie's good reviews prompted me to call. I first called Modernistic, which I had used several times previously, but they quoted me a much higher price for the same services, and our phone conversation was somewhat of a turn-off. I will use SunGlo again. Thanks, Angie.

They did a great job, explained things they were doing and what to expect. I was not in the normal area they did business but they worked their schedule so that they could come the distance and not charge extra or just turn away the business. I really appreciated that because based on the reviews here they were the business I wanted to use. I do not know how the price was compared to others because I did not check any others but they were very good about giving me some price breaks on extras that they agreed to do after they got there. All around a great experience.

When I called them they were very accommodating. The person with whom I spoke was very approachable. They gave me some tips to keep the carpet clean. They were very punctual. My overall experience with them was excellent.

I was very happy with their work, they did a fairly good job. He backed the truck up into our garage to bring a hose in through the house, and he needed to heat the water, so he needed to run his engine, and it was filling my house up with gas, I had to open up all the windows, and it was awful.

Jason arrived on time(actually a little early which was good) He looked the job over He had all his equipment ready to go. He then proceed to to an excellent job . He worked very hard the carpets were really really dirty. He used his own water which most companies dont do.I was cery pleasedwith his work. Wont hesitate to call again.The price was higher. But the resonse and work made it ok .I called at the last minute and they put me in early and the work was superior. I appreciate the accomadations made for me and the excellent workJason was the BEST> .

Estimate over the phone, called prior to arriving, on time start to finish. Very professional, excellent results. Recommend to all.

Sun-glo called the night before and gave me a nice narrow range so that I didn't have to wait around for half the day. They called 30 minutes before their arrival, allowing me to make sure I was home. Carpets are beautifully clean and they even got out some stains that had been in there a long time. The only carpet that looks worse now is the berber, and it is on a slab so it may be pulling dirt up from there. Other than that the carpets look great.

They are prompt and they are very meticulous in getting out stains. Some of the other carpet cleaners don't clean as well as they do.

Went and dropped off the rug on a friday.They helped take it out of the SUV. They said about a week. They called on the following tuesday said it was done.I picked up the rug on Sat. They did a great job. The price was great.Plus they are Car Guys Too!

Did an excellent and extensive job of cleaning my larger home. Everything done exactly as promised. Exceeded my expectations, and I have used other services including Stanley Steamer. Great value for the dollar. Did an excellent job cleaning large filthy sectional. I would not hesitate to use them again and I look forward to working with them again. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had with any vendor, if not the very best, in the past 5+ years. Go with these guys and you will be more than happy. Keep up the excellent work.

We are very pleased with the results. Its hard to get excited about carpet cleaning, but easy to be disappointed when the job is poorly done. All around Sunglo was courteous, prompt ,and most importantly competent.

Jeff arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. I asked him to try to give special attention to a bad stain that was several years old and that I had repeatedly tried to remove myself--couldn't even dent it. I think it might have been coffee which I had not discover for a long time since it was my adult son's room. I didn't expect Jeff to be able to do much with it, but asked him to give it his best shot. He went to work and was very quick. When he was done he informed me that he was able to remove about 90% of the stain but not all of it, which was a lot more than I expected. However, when I inspected the job, I said, "where is the other 10%--I can't see anything!" I was "so" surprised and pleased. In addition, the whole carpet and stairs were just beautiful and dried very quickly. My previous experiences with professional carpet cleaners had been that I could do a better job on problem area myself--because I try harder. Not so with SunGlo--I have never had any carpet cleaner do such a good job, nor could I ever have done what they did. I "definitely" will use "only" SunGlo in the future and will request Jeff--he was just great.

They were responsive and prompt . They were also professional, explaining how the stain removal system works, The result was okay, although I was disappointed that every stain did not entirely disappear. : - ) The price was reasonable although some may be lower. Its a local family business and I liked being able to support them.

I called at the beginning of the week and asked for service that same week because my husband and I had the week off. They fit us in on very short notice. They called the day before to confirm they were coming and then that morning they called to say they were on their way. I wasn't at the house when they did the work, but when I came home I couldn't have been happier. The stairs down to the lower level and the game room downstairs had been especially dirty and they made it look brand new! They were very thorough and professional and did a great job. I thought the charge was very reasonable for the service and attention we received.

I called them to ask them to come and remove the water in the carpet in the basement. They came out, assessed the area, brought their equipment in and started working on sucking the water up. They moved my treadmill and table and put them up on foam squares. They also disinfected the carpet this time. They left me with two air movers to dry it up completely. This is the 3rd time I was flooded and they have helped me each time. The owner came back on Friday and got the two air movers.

The company was punctual, and thorough. They paid special attention to certain spots we pointed out and overall we were very happy with the completed job.

I will definitely call next time I need service and try SunGlo.

Had a dog emergency on a Friday night. Called them Saturday morning and they sent someone right out. Saved the weekend! Very happy.
