This company is excellent! They called the day before to verify my appointment. Mike arrived on time, was friendly, yet professional. His cleaning was impeccable and my carpeting and furniture looked like new after he was done! Plus the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

From the first Sunglo was professional. They were able to schedule the cleaning on my day off, which was a plus for me. I was contacted with an approximate time, and when it looked like they might be late I received another call letting me know. The rep was personable, and made me feel very comfortable. Work was done quickly, and the carpet looked like new. Will be contacting them again to clean office area.

I called this company and was able to get an appointment at a convenient time in relatively short order (within a week). The technician and an extra person who was in training came to my house right on time. My Carpet had not been cleaned on over two years and though it was not heavily stained was dingy and showed dirt particularly in high traveled areas. The team applied some pre-treatment and then used what looked like a very new and well kept steam-vacuum system to clean my carpets. I was very happy with the results as spots and high traffic areas were like new when they were finished. The results were much better than I would have expected with older carpet like I have in my house.

Jason called to let me know what time he would arrive. He was on time very courteous. Jason walked through the home with me was very clear on spots he might not be able to remove, and gave me a very fair price. We had another company clean it in March and Jason from Sun Glo removed spots the other company didn't remove. Sun Glo exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company for the quality of their service and professional work ethic.

They did a nice job. They came out right away. They told us what time they were coming and they showed up at that time. We've used them before, and after seeing that they do have great recommendations, we used them again.

Jason called when he was on his way. We had an 8am appointment. He arrived on time, began work right away and was finished within an hour. The carpet and the chairs look like new. Jason was friendly, worked hard, and cleaned up before he left. This was my first experience with SunGlo and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Called SunGlo to schedule an appointment and utilize the 5 rooms and a hallway coupon listed on angieslist. I understand that they are located in Dearborn Hts. so I asked the person who answered the phone if they serviced West Bloomfield. His exact word were "sure we will take care of you". He transfers me to a woman who I then tell about their coupon and I ask if they would come to my home. She asks what city I live in, then puts me on hold only to come back and say this coupon is only for 'Wayne County'. Of course I am in 'Oakland County'. First off there is nothing on the coupon here that states that you must be in a specific area for this special. Second I asked in the beginning if they serviced my area, the special should be for everywhere that you service. I won't be contacting this company again.

Same as before. I've had services done from another provider before joining Angies's list at a different house and it was cleaned perfectly. I should've contacted that company. I figured I try another company but I was wrong.

It went well. Called and they came out the next day. They ran a little late but called to let me know. Unfortunately I had already left my work and could have stayed longer. Took about 3 hours which for all they did was good. He even gave me some spot cleaning tips before he left.

I found SunGlo on Angie's List. They were local...and they were highly rated. They came out this afternoon to clean carpet that was very soiled. It was in our rental home. I thought that the carpet just might be beyond saving...it was really soiled. SunGlo sent out a wonderful technician named Henry to clean our carpet. He was so pleasant, helpful and friendly! He really worked h****** that carpet, taking his time and doing the job right. When he was finished, it looked nearly new. We couldn't believe how good the carpet looked when he was done. We have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past....none of them can hold a candle to SunGlo. They are experts in the business. We are very happy customers!

The serviceman called to ask if he could come a bit earlier, as there had been a cancellation. He was here ahead of time and worked very professionally at cleaning our bedroom carpet. He even helped my husband move a large dresser back into place. He was very friendly and very professional. I had called another company, but they wouldn't do it for less than $99.00. I would definitely use this company again!

I contacted SunGlo late on a Friday evening through the contact link on Angies List. Within 10 hours, first thing Saturday morning, they were calling me to find out particulars of what I needed to get cleaned. I was given a quote that was reasonable and similar to every other carpet cleaning company I had called. We set an appointment up for some time on the 18th and was told they would contact me the day before with a more accurate window of what time they would be arriving. Sure enough, I received a call that Thursday with the information that they would be arriving between 2:00 and 2:30 pm the following day. The day of the cleaning, the driver called me just shy of 2:00 pm and asked if it would be ok that he come a little before the 2:30 pm time frame. I had no problem with this and he arrived within minutes of our call. The driver arrived and seemed very courteous and professional. The first thing he did was walk the entire area, which was completely empty as this was a vacant unit for us, and then came and started to get right to work with cleaning the upstairs first and working his way down. I did not really have much interaction with him as he was cleaning and I went into the basement to finish some other work. All in all, it took him about 2.5 hours to complete about 1700 sq feet of carpeting and the little 5x5 section of tile. The results of the cleaning were really quite good. The only one complaint I would have is that he did go over the carpeting quite fast and there were some areas that I did wish he would have went over slower and got more of the dirt out. The tile was clean, however there wasn't a remarkable difference in the look of it after all of the scrubbing he did. The grout was still several shades of dirt however I feel like he did the best he was able too. At the end I settled the bill and he provided me with some tips about how to get future stains out and he then made a comment about how the resolve cleaner that was in the carpet really caused more damage and clogged up their machine. I did not take notice of this comment at the time but after he left I realized he was saying that my carpet had a bunch of residue left over from a resolve type cleaner. This did bother me some because this carpet is only 3 years old and I have never ever had it cleaned or cleaned it myself, so I am still not sure about what his comment really meant. All I know is that even after the carpet was cleaned I went over it after it dried with my Dyson and lots of dirt still filled the canister and I had gone over all areas of the carpeting twice with the same vacuum prior to him cleaning it. In any case, the carpet was definitely better and looked better, I just wish more of the dirt would have came out.

Sun Glo got me an immediate appt. The service man, Drew arrived on the time agreed. He was efficient, courteous and cheerful. He soaked up the water and placed a fan between the carpet and pad to dry for 2 days. Because of the sewer placement, the pad was not drying properly so he replaced the pad upon his return. Of course, he had to stretch the carpet and replace the floor molding. The room looked great and there was no odor. The price was fair. The manager, Mike was informative and answered all my questions and concerns. He also worked with me within my time restrictions. I have used Sun Glo in the past for both my business and home carpet cleaning. I was pleased then and I am very pleased now. They helped me out of a tough situation.

Had an issue with my carpet having chemical reaction to the cleaning that caused a brownout in some areas. I called them back and they ame right back out at my earliest convenient time and reworked those areas. Looked great. As for the grout job bathroom looks brand new.

They did a great job cleaning the carpet. Easy to work with. They came out quickly and were very reasonably priced. I would highly reccomend them.

Serviceman appeared at exactly the designated time. Promised to complete work in specific amount of time and went to WORK. He worked hard and finished the job exactly as promised. My mother couldn't be happier and has recommended this company to several of her friends. I'm delighted it went to well because she is almost 90 and sometimes difficult to please but she was more than pleased with this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Second time I have used them. These guys are the best hands down. Jason is a professional, very thorough. Extremely pleased.

We called SunGlo on Monday, January 20, 2014. We gave them the details of our coupon and dimensions of the rooms we needed the carpets cleaned. The gentleman was very accommodating to our time frame. We booked it for the following Saturday but because of some circumstances we needed to change the date to have the carpets cleaned. We asked for Friday and they checked their schedule and fit us in. We were very happy about that. Today the gentleman they sent to clcean the carpets was very nice, professional, and was on time. The carpets came out fantastic. They look so clean! We will definitely be calling them to come back to do the bedrooms. We called SunGlo because we had read positive reviews on Angie's List. We highly recommend SunGlo.
