Description of Work: Hired Sunglo to clean carpet in FR, DR, Hall and 1 BR as well as couch and loveseat. Arrived on time and completed job quickly but several spots remained which I felt should have been easy to remove. When I addressed my concern to the technician he brushed me off saying sometimes carpets don't come clean. He didn't try using any spot treatment as I have seen done in the past. | |To the company's credit, when I immediately contacted them they set up an appointment to come back out. But this resulted in my carpets being wet as I prepared for Thanksgiving dinner. The result was much better, but I didn't feel I could have the entire area re-done because I had to walk on it.

Description of Work: They were on time & did an excellent job!! The rugs were very dirty & there was a huge transformation. I felt that they did a very thorough job. He took his time & paid special attention to spots & troubled areas. He was easy to communicate with & was informative & answered all my questions. My carpets do not seem as wet compared to other companies that I used. I am thrilled about this! The price quoted was what I was charged - no surprises. I did elect to do the telelon protection. He was not pushy, at all. He, also, gave me a good price break for treating all the carpets. I have used other carpet cleaning companies before & I feel that this is the best one that I used. This is definitely the company that I will use in the future - done shopping around. There price was cheaper than others that I had priced out - BONUS!!

Description of Work: I had 6 rooms plus the hallway cleaned. Jason arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning my carpeting. I have white carpeting in one bedroom which had stains on it. While they didn't all come out it looks100% better than it did before. Someone from Sun-Glo called the next day to see if I was satisfied with the job. I was extremely pleased and will definitely use Sun-Glo again!

I explained how the last company had been here less than an hour and left the carpeting Very wet. He was here double the time and the carpet was much dryer when he left. I was very happy with the quality of work. Thank you.

Description of Work: I contacted Sunglo to clean my carpeting. We scheduled an appointment. Approximately 24 hrs before the appointment time, a family emergency on my part arose. I called and rescheduled for the following week. The day before the appointment, Mike called and left a voice mail stating that if I didn't call to confirm before 3:00pm he was cancelling my appointment. I am a teacher. I have students at that time of the day. I could not call until 3:45pm. When I called he had already cancelled my appointment and would not be able to fit me in for three more days. I told him that was unacceptable and that I would be calling another cleaner. I was a brand new customer and under normal circumstances rarely if ever have to reschedule an appointment. He treated me like a dead beat. I would never use this service and I highly recommend others to go elsewhere.

Description of Work: My 10 year old white berber carpet in my living room and the 6 year old darker berber in my family room hadn't been cleaned in two years and were quite dirty from heavy use. The carpet cleaner made them look new again.

Description of Work: Came and sucked up the water that accumulated on the floors in the basement (1/2 carpet and 1/2 tile). They cleaned up the carpet side (I had managed to mop up the tile side). Don't try to do it yourself. It took them a short time to do a really good job with their vacuum machine. I will not try doing it myself - I will call the professional.
