Description of Work: I had changed my furnace filter and could not replace the front panels back on. The furnace would not turn on. The technician on-call asked what the problem was. I explained the problem and he told me the furnace would not run unless the panel was placed. He explained the problem in detail and I replaced the panels. As always, I trust Mechanical Heating and Cooling. I have used their services in the past and find them honest and willing to explain the problem.

Description of Work: Used this company to get a bid for a furnace and air conditioner replacement. The owner was very good and went out of his way to try an accommodate our needs. In the end, I ended up going with another company simply because the rebates were larger, thus reducing my overall costs. As hard as he tried he was not able to match. On a side note, 1 month after I replaced the HVAC system, the rebates were increased to match my purchase from the secondary supplier. Go figure......
