They were professional and on time.

I called Mechanical Heating & Cooling when I thought the freon in our older AC unit was low. I called and someone actually answered the phone & scheduled my appointment that same day! I had attempted to schedule service with 4 other companies and all of them said it would be several days (one was more than a week) before someone could come out. Kris Grabke was the technician who serviced our unit and told me everything was fine. The sub-cooling reading was where it should be and the reading for the coils was also where it should be. Unfortunately, I had to pay the $99 diagnostic fee even though I didn't really need anything after all, but I appreciated Kris' honesty and the fact that he didn't try to pressure me into having a new unit installed.

Professional, courteous, knowledgable and timely. Did not try to oversell. Provided many options for our situation.

Everything went very well. From the original quote through installation. I highly recommend this company. I will use them again for any future needs. Their price was also very good.

Tom and Josh showed up on time. Tom was here in July of 2017 when Mechanical Heating & Cooling installed our air conditioner. He remembered the installation. The two went right to work. When the job was complete Tom took me outside to review the items done and then inside to review the furnace installation in the basement. Review of the paperwork took place once we were upstairs including the Energy Saving Agreement. Tom and Josh were very pleasant and professional. The furnace is quiet and comfortably warm. Mechanical heating and cooling were awesome I have to say. We had a broke down furnace for a week. They came out on a weekend installed a new furnace promptly and efficiently. The installers were absolutely fantastic and answered every question and more that I had. My installers names were Justin and Michelle and I could not have been happier with who I had out here honestly . The prices are great ,my furnace is way better than I expected. I truly was a skeptic of the brand but it is turned out to be so much better than I thought it was and my family and I couldn't be more happy than we are. There truly is just not enough good things to say about this company and the people that work there. They helped us when we were down and out and didn't take advantage like some other companies tried to. For that Mechanical will be our go-to company from now on. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

This business is great! I have been using them for over twenty years. I recently needed a new furnace installed quickly and they did not disappoint. Joel sold and arranged the install. A good furnace at a fair price. Tyler and Jamal installed professionally and on time. I highly recommend!

Kris G installed humidifier and did a furnace maintenance check...went very well. Jeff H did our duct cleaning. Very nice young man and did a great job. They cleaned up very well. Company will be first on my list and I will recommend them.

They are the absolute best. From John, the sales representative, to Brad and Guy, the installers, I have never received better customer service. Efficient, personable with AC and furnace installed before the other 2 companies I contacted responded with either a quote or install date. Great price, too. Gives meaning to "The extra mile"!

Service appointment was prompt, friendly, and informative. Kris serviced the furnace and home humidifier very efficiently.He replaced furnace and humidity filters and he checked and secured the panels on the outdoor A/C unit , as they were not screwed in completely from my spring cleanup. Kris instructed me about things to check on the furnace to be sure it is operating correctly. I appreciated his clear instructions. This visit is part of an annual 2017-2018 Fall/Spring complete furnace and A/C service package that includes discounts for emergency service that might be required over holidays. I plan on doing business with this company for a long time. People like Kris, make for a great business, and a nicer world. I do recommend this business.

Brad/Tom team were punctual and very professional. The unit was replaced with a Carrier unit. Explanation of the unit outside and components inside were explained in detail. Very happy and the unit is so quiet and new thermostate is state-of-the-art compared to the old dial from the 50's. Very happy and will recommend Mechanical Heating & Cooling. Thank you. :)

The A/C unit was replaced and the work completed in one day, but they did not complete any of the duct-work repairs - even after receiving an estimate specifically for that work on my order. I understand that it is not pleasant to crawl under there and get dirty, but after agreeing to do the work - I expected it to be done (my wife, who was home at the time the work was done, said she got the feeling that they simply did not want to do that part of the job). I had to look elsewhere to get the duct work repairs completed, and the company that came out said that they would have repaired the ducts as part of the job, and it would have cost me about the same amount that I paid just for my A/C unit. That was not what I wanted to hear, but what can I do?

Great all-around experience. Carrier heating and air conditioning unit superb. The office staff went above and beyond to assist me (Thanks Ladies!). The installers were so professional - prompt arrival, polite, informative. Removed all old debris. Thanks Mechanical - I will be recommending to anyone in the market.

It went very smoothly. Jamie came out to make sure they had all the measurement specifics for what needed to be made up ahead of time. Brad and Tom came to do the install 2 days later. They were clean cut, polite, respectful of my home, cleaned up after themselves, programmed my thermostat and even helped my get the energy credit paperwork completed!

Kris G. was polite and efficient. My air is working! I bought their plan to have my furnace and air each tuned up. I would definitely recommend this company to another homeowner.

With the furnace going during the Thanksgiving holiday, it was hard finding someone to come out even in an emergency. My mom lives with me and she is eighty- nine years old. She doesn't tolerate the cold too well. Mechanical Heating and Cooling came out and saved the day. The service tech. came out, found out what the problem was, and fixed it quickly. I cannot say enough good things about how we were treated. From the lady I spoke to initially to set up service, to Joel, our service tech., it was a very good experience. I know we will be needing a new furnace and a/c in the near future and will definitely have the work done by Mechanical Heating and Cooling.

They are coming out next week to do the furnace.

The people we bought the house from recommended them. It was cheaper to get the yearly contract. During that 20 year period, we had to have the air conditioner and furnace replaced. They were very professional. They gave us different prices. The original repair person we had that came out and service it, we had him for like the first 10 years and his name was John. He was excellent, but then, he retired. He spoiled us.

Mechanical replaced our central AC Unit in May. Technicians were actually early for the appointment. They were courteous and professional and did an awesome job of cleaning up after themselves. At one point, I actually forgot they were there because they were so quiet. I give them an A+

Mechanical Heating & Cooling installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home a few years ago. We were happy with the products, the price, and the service so called them when a problem arose with the furnace. Turned out to be a condenser coil which was replaced at no charge because it was sitll under warranty. We didn't know that and would have called them anyway, based on past experience.

Had a problem with our AC freezing up. My wife contacted Mechanical Heating & Cooling in Dearborn Heights. Spoke with Melony. (Hope we have your name correct). She setup an appointment. Joel Jr and another tech (Did not catch his name SORRY!) came out and recharged the unit (In the rain). Very courteous and professional. Later this year we will be replacing the furnance and AC unit and I already know who will be doing the work. Thank you very much!
