I called in the morning when I saw my hot water heater leaking out the bottom and that same afternoon they came out and replaced it in just over an hour. They showed up when they said and I had hot water before my wife and kids came home from school.

Went fine overall. They removed our old furnace and left it, as we were donating it to someone since it was still in great condition Then they installed the new furnace and all necessary lines, etc., and caulked where needed. The installers did a fine and professional job. We later contacted AtoZ and had the serviceman come out to adjust one of the dip switches on the fan so that we could have it run all the time if we wanted, for better airflow especially when the AC i running. All his work was done to our complete satisfaction. We also purchased a maintenance contract with this company and have been very satisfied with their performance of that work on our furnace and air conditioning systems.

My Mother in Law called us in the AM and said her AC had quit during the night. Weather had been very hot allweek and at 95 she needed help as soon as possible. Called a local company and was told it would be a2 day wait before they could get to her. Well checked Angie's List and found the good rating for A to Z and calledthem. Amazingly they were out in less than 2 hrs and repaired it within a short time. Needless to say shesure was happy!

Repairman arrived within proper time frame. He checked charge in A/C unit and began recharge. He then entered house and checked cooling coil in furnace for leaks. Leaks were found and I was appraised of my options. The repairman was very professional and courteous. I believe that i would recommend A To Z Cooling.

Overall it was a good experience. I called and got a price quote from them and to see if they had a date available to work with my schedule. They are always helpful when calling with questions, and I'm happy with their service.

They were wonderful. Their prices were reasonable, and I would call them again. I felt like they did a decent job. They were punctual, and they had fair prices. They were knowledgeable. I wasn't here when the work was done, but I was satisfied with the work.

The service technician did a good job with thermostat, and was clear on the limits of his ability to fix the water heater.

I had no heat. They came on an early Sunday morning after the time change. I had to pay extra for off hours but they did a good job. They cut me a price break and I was very happy with them. They were very responsive and positive.

They came out listened to the noise my furnace was making, they had the part on the truck. and all work was done within 30 minutes. My only complaint is the three day wait before someone could come out and the inability to give a time frame in advance. I took a day off work because the sometime between 8:30 and 5 wasn't until 2:15.

They do a good job and I have not had any problems with them. They are very professional and I would recommend them.

They were really good. They also reminded us when it was time to clean the unit again. I was very pleased with them. Their staff was really courteous and punctual.

We got some good information from the salesman on the different types of furnaces available and efficiency levels. He made a good recommendation at a good price for the type of furnace that would work best in our house. Unfortunately, the furnace they installed was not the one we thought we were getting. Fortunately, it was a "higher level" model but had a feature we did not want, and certainly didn't want to pay for. I don't know if he made an honest mistake or just told me what I wanted to hear just to get the sale. Anyway, in the end we supposedly got more furnace than we paid for, which is better than the other way around. The installation went smoothly and they appeared to install everything properly. We had to have them come back to fix a problem with some ductwork nearby that was dislodged during the installation, but that was done without complaint and a nice job, too. There was some confusion as to how the humidifier should work, but we eventually got answers on that too.

I HAVE THEM CLEAN MY AIR DUCTS EVERY COUPLE OF YEARS OR SO, AND THEY DO REALLY GOOD WORK. I REALLY LIKE HOW FRESH MY HOUSE SMELLS WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED. THE PRICE IS ALSO VERY FAIR.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I HAD THEM INSTALL A NEW FURNACE AND WHILE THEY WERE HERE I HAD THEM CLEAN THE AIR DUCTS. I REALLY THOUGHT IT WOULD HAVE COST MORE BECAUSE I HAVE A VERY LARGE HOME.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE NEW HOT WATER HEATER, SO THEY MUST HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB. THEY RETURNED ALL OF MY CALLS AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD.

THEY ARE VERY EDUCATED ON HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING. THEY ALWAYS GET THE PROBLEM FIXED THE FIRST TIME. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT THEY DO.
