The installer arrived a couple minutes late, but he was courteous enough to call and let me know that he would be (I like that). Very friendly and went right to work, was done in about an hour and a half. My bill was a little higher because I have 2 dogs so I had an extra collar to buy, and I got the lifetime insurance for it.

I chose this company based upon previous reviews and they did not disappoint. They were prompt and efficient. Explained the process and gave us advice on how far of our lot we should use (since we were new to using an electric fence). Directions on trying our fur babies is detailed and even include a video. The price was very competitive too!

The installer, Matt, came on time. He walked the property with us to help determine where to put the system for optimal yard usage for the dogs. He was efficient on the installation and then took time to go over the system with us and to head us on our way to understanding how to train our dogs. We have about an acre of land and the whole process took under 3 hours from start to finish. The owner called us the next day to make sure that everything was okay and that we were satisfied. We would recommend Michigan Hidden Fence, Inc to anyone interested in getting an underground fence installed.

The company did a good job. The quality was great and they were very responsive. They arrived on time and they were professional the entire time they were on our property. He took the time to answer all of our questions.

I've had my hidden fence installed for a little over four years now and LOVE it. They are very affordable and friendly. I'm very happy with the product and service. Whenever I have needed assistance with my fence, whether it be something as simple as that the box in my garage making noises or something as difficult as when my husband cut the fence wire (yes, this has happened), Michigan Hidden Fence has been very helpful in solving my problems. The customer service representative listens to my problems and will attempt to assist over the phone with step by step explanation before scheduling a on site service representative. When I've needed a service representative they were quick to arrive and timely. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Michigan Hidden Fence. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to install a hidden fence. Two thumbs up!

Installation went as expected and on time. We also purchased the "rock" for use when camping and the wire was provided at no cost. We purchased the premium set. We were given instructions as to the training process, but we are finding that more challenging than expected. But it is working!

Great! Very professional. He was running late on another job but called me to let me know. He worked fast and efficiently. He took his time to orient me and my husband to the system and talk to us about how to train our dogs. We purchased the lifetime warranty which added to the cost but by far was much more economical than Invisible Fence! We also bought the premium system with 2 collars.

We used Hidden Fence to install the unit at our last house so there was little decision in using them again.

Can't say enough good things. The service was perfect from the first phone call to the installer who did the work. Simple, straight forward, and great value. We learned a lot and the install was seamless. Highly recommend.

Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. We paid Safebet Hidden Fence to install a brand new pet fence in 2014. For 2 years the fence would intermittently stop working (despite changing batteries, trouble shooting etc) we had Safebet a handful of times to look at the system (every time a $100 service fee) and they were never able to fix it. We finally decide to pay them to redo our entire line in June of 2016. Paid $400 for new system. The tech severed our irrigation line while running new line. Our grass is completely dead in our back yard. Irrigation company charged $550 to fix sprinkler because they had to run brand new lines from box to sprinkler heads. I called Safebet and spoke to Randy (owner) who was extremely unprofessional and nasty to me me on the phone. He refused to pay for the repair and told me they are not responsible for any damage done to lines by their company. He told me to read their contract. No apology, just argumentative. Terrible customer service! Now have to take them to small claims court to resolve matter!

Aaron showed up 15 minutes early and explained the process in details from start to finish. He had it completed within a few hours and took the time to detail our training plan and what we needed to make it successful for our three small dogs.The rechargeable collars are very nice and so far so good on the training. They have learned the boundaries quickly now I look forward to not chasing them in the woods or watching the youngest run across the street in our sub. It is expensive but should save time and effort taking care of our pets! Very nice job overall!

Very professional, and fast! They were at my house for only a couple hours. The install went great, and I was given instructions on how to train my dog to use the system. The system has worked perfectly. I am very happy with the service.

The install was flawless and great care was taken for our sprinkler system as well as our home. It took about 2.5 hours to complete a 1/2 acre install. The tech was great to work with and was a complete professional. Highly recommended AAA+++

We called and left a message to please call back. At one time, we thought the fence had been broken or interrupted but Randy told us how to check the system and reset it. Later on in the month we had an issue that we knew the dog was going beyond the barriers of the fence and we again called and Randy helped us trouble shoot an we found out that the collar was the issue. He immediately sent us a collar replacement since ours was still under warranty and all is well and functioning properly again. We an now confidently trouble shoot on our own and would recommend them to anyone, plus it saved us and him on having to come down and do this as a service call in the dead of winter.

It went well. I wish I would have seen the wiring before he installed it because it did seem thinner than I expected, thus it would be susceptible to a wire break from careless gardening. I would like to have seen protective shielding around the wiring in the flower beds or near water and gas meter or other areas where its likely the wiring may be disturbed. I ended up buying about 30 feet of PEX piping, creating a slit with a Dremel tool and tucking the wiring into it to give it some protection in those areas.

Installer was 30min late due to flat tire. Other than that extremely efficient, easy to work with, and professional. Full and clear explanation of system operation and training procedures. Provided manuals and DVD. Smooth installation, with hopes that training goes as smoothly :-)
