Description of Work: Was a faithful user of terminex for 14 years! Had a few good technicians others left much to be desired. Had an issue with scratching in the walls and called my technician he referred me to someone else in the company to come out and give me a quote on taking care of my problem. Quoted me $1900.00. Was terribly disappointed!! Why did I have them as providers for as long as I did and then had to pay an extra $1900. for additional service. That was the last I used terminex. We cancelled our monthly service with them the next day!

Description of Work: Our initial service was for interior carpenter ant infestation. That service worked very well and eliminated the problem. Unfortunately their service was for a year long contract. Their subsequent service visits have been to treat the exterior to prevent further infestation and spider treatment. That seems to be pretty effective also. They are expensive. Presently we're looking at it as a sort of insurance plan. Will we continue it? And for how long?
