+ -1 moreService was good for 20 years, person that did yearly check retired. They looked outside she was here for 2 minutes. You can't walk around my house in 2 minutes. She didn't do work.

Description of Work: Was a faithful user of terminex for 14 years! Had a few good technicians others left much to be desired. Had an issue with scratching in the walls and called my technician he referred me to someone else in the company to come out and give me a quote on taking care of my problem. Quoted me $1900.00. Was terribly disappointed!! Why did I have them as providers for as long as I did and then had to pay an extra $1900. for additional service. That was the last I used terminex. We cancelled our monthly service with them the next day!

Description of Work: They put a fence around the bottom of my deck and sealed some holes in my roof. They also set a few traps in my basement for mice.

+ -1 moreThey are polite and professional. It's been a very positive experience. We pay $23 a month to make sure we don't have termites. The billing is supposed to be automatic but periodically they send me a paper bill in which I will call them and tell them and they simply apologize.

+ -1 moreI have had to contact them a couple of times because I wasn't happy with the raise in their rates, but we have to have the service because our back room is made out of cedar. One time they did take the price increase off for one year. I explained we were on a fixed income and they are usually pretty good about explaining the reasons for their increases. I also had a problem a couple of years ago when we were gone for the winter. They left a note on the door and wanted to come and spray. I told them they already come in the spring and I didn't appreciate them making it obvious that I was gone all winter by leaving something on my door. The next time they did a perimeter check (in the spring) I got an email. Otherwise, we haven't really had any other problems with them and like the service. They are very responsive to our needs.
Description of Work: Terminix International usually comes in the spring to spray. They also came in January to spray the perimeter.
