They had about six workers; once the first tree was down they only had four employees. They started at eight thirty in the morning until about a quarter until eleven. They weren't messing around. They wanted to get it done and did not waste any time. They were fine and delivered what they said they would. They could've been a little more responsive when I indicated my concern during the actual work.

They had it cut down in about 15 minutes. Well over a 40' high tree, they just cut it off at the base, and then cut off 4' sections as they lowered it. I wanted to keep the wood for a friend of mine, so they didn't haul it off, but they could have. I would definitly have them back.

A little mix up on when he'd be at my place, so he had to wait about ten minutes for me to get back home. He ground out two stumps , one by the front corner of my house and one by the back corner of my garage. Work was done quickly, efficiently, professionally, excllent price. Friendly, pleasant man. More than worth the hassle of renting a stump grinder and removing the stumps (and God knows what else!) myself. Any tree service in the future, these guys get the call. Very satisfied. I'll recommend them to anyone needing tree service.

The crew was professional and pleasant to work with. They removed several trees and chipped up a very large brush pile. They cleaned up everything when they were done, and finished our large job in one day!

I loved that it was a free estimate. I was able to sign the email estimate and email it back to the company and pay for the estimate on line. There was a 3-4 week delay to when they came out due to storm damage keeping them busy at other areas. When they came out they had the tree down ground up and gone in half hour or less. Quick service. I called them about getting a Crimson King planted. So I have already planned on another visit from them to plant a tree in my other tree's place. I would highly recommend.

Called ahead of time with concerns that ground was soft from rain and didn't want to leave marks in my lawn, then came on time and did the work with quality. I was happy with the service.

Excellent work. The owner, Dustin, arrived the day I called, gave me an accurate estimate, and sent out his team within a week. All the work was completed in two weeks, in a very professional and tidy way. Trees disappeared from the yard as if they were never there. The only tree service in town that uses a crane to take trees down--by far the most efficient and clean way.

I called Dustin on Tuesday to authorize the job and to my surprise he called Wednesday and said they would be there on Thursday. They had another job in my area so it worked out. I was impressed by the boom truck that was used to lift the trees as they were cut and they way it was done. My job was not easy due to the fact that the trees were in the back yard that is not exactly flat. The job was performed as quoted and I was very satisfied with the results. Dustin did not quote removal of wood or debris but I had a friend who wanted the wood and took the debris so it worked out for me.

Had a wonderful experience with Timber Ridge. Matt worked with me to arrange removal within my budget. The crew was professional, cleaned up great and took care to be courteous on our narrow road while working. We had a slight hiccup regarding scheduling but their staff was responsive and apologetic about the mix-up. The gentleman that came to grind our stump later was also professional and courteous. If we need any other tree work done in the future I'll be giving these guys a call!

Our home did not allow them to use their truck with the extendable boom to reach the tree, so one man climbed a rope 50 feet up to access the branches. He did not use spikes to reduce chance of insect infestation. They laid plywood sheeting to protect our patio and lowered the branches by rope gently for further cutting and then hand carried them to their truck so as not to damage my lawn. They did a thoroughly professional job, with care and sealed every cut to resist insects. I would use them again.

These guys are Fantastic! Dustin quoted me yesterday and they were today and did all the work. Very profession, fast and excellent cleanup. I wanted all the old trees trimmed before weight of limbs brought them down. All trees that were near or on roof cleared. Lost some shade and privacy but I feel safe knowing a tree limb wont come crashing down. The price charged was very reasonable.Give these guys a call.

Everything went well. Dustin gave us good suggestions on what to trim and what to remove. They showed up right away once the OK was given to do the work. Some of the prviouely cut down trees were growing up into our power line and we needed them removed along with another tree. After cutting everything down and cleaning up, we found another tree/bush growing up behind one taken down that was also into the power line. I called Dustin and the vrew came back at the end of the day to take that out as well. Everthing was done in one day and cleaned up. I was impressed with how easy it was for them to take the big tree out using a huge crane to lift the sections out.

Timber Ridge was fantastic! They were obvious experts and quickly and safely cut down our trees. They were pros all the way, and they cleaned up completely! Will use them again for sure! Cost was very reasonable as well.

This tree was within inches of a front porch and was posing a danger to my daughter's house and two neighboring houses. The removal of the tree was going to be very tricky because there was very little space to work in between her house, the neighbor's houses, and power lines. The crew showed up on time and with high quality equipment. They expertly maneuvered into the cramped driveway and carefully removed the giant pine tree in one day, even in a snow storm! These guys are professional, friendly, tidy, and incredibly skilled. I was so impressed. The price was fair and the work was first rate. Highly recommended.

Did good job on the trees (did not grind stumps-- that was extra), except clean up and lawn repair could have been better.

After a city inspector had received an anonymous complaint about "sick trees" on my property, Timber Ridge Tree Service was one of several professional services that provided either estimates for work or professional opinions about the health of the old silver maple trees. Of all the professionals whose opinions I sought, including a former employee of the state Extension Service, only Timber Ridge Tree Service suggested that one of the trees was rotting, dangerous, and needed to be completely removed. All of the other experts confirmed that the tree is very healthy, surprisingly so for a tree of its age! The city inspector also determined that the only problem with the trees was that the dead wood needed to be pruned out of them. No disease or rot was found. The written estimate I received from Timber Ridge Tree Service, while mentioning removal of the "rotten" tree, did not give a dollar amount for that job in writing. (Probably because I had balked during the phone conversation that I couldn't afford that kind of project.) The man was not pushy or overtly condescending in his manner, I'll give him points for that. However, the estimate for pruning the dead wood was quite a bit higher than the other estimates I received, and on my fixed income I elected to go with a different company that had been personally recommended by someone I trust.

They were prompt and had a good attention to detail. They cleaned up well after the job.

I requested a quotation for the services, and received a prompt reply. After checking with three other tree service companies, Timber Ridge had the lowest bid and seemed well qualified. I did have some mis-communications with their office over adding some additional services to the estimate, but the questions were resolved. Timber Ridge promptly sent a crew to start on the first tree. This was a very large tree in a difficult position near my house and my neighbor's house. The crew had some problems with this tree, and did loosen wires to my neighbor's house with a dropped branch. However, they sent an electrician immediately the next morning, and the wiring was fully repaired as good as new. The other trees were brought down with lots of effort but no other incidents. The crews removed all debris and cleaned up the yard well. All of the work was complete within 3 days. I had two small issues with the service: my neighbors back lawn was slightly damaged when we used it to access my back yard. Also, I had asked that the chips from the stump grinding be removed at my cost even though that is not a normal part of the stump grinding. The crews did not end up remove those chips, and I was not charged for removal. Overall, the Timber Ridge crews were very professional and helpful and their service was efficient and competitively priced.

The contractor showed up unannounced after I requested in writing a 24 hr notice. The man in charge informed my wife that it would cost more than the quote since the tree had two main trunks. I had to leave work to showed him the quote, that they submitted to me. It stated the whole tree was to be removed. After gripping about it his crew removed the tree and several plant in my landscaping as well, with there boots. I left to go back to work and when I returned home found several slabs of my driveway had been broken. I informed Timber Ridge and received no phone calls back, and after several days of calling them was informed that it was not there concern, and that there contract stated that they are not responsible for broken concrete. I informed them that I would like them to pay half for the repairs. I thought this was fair and the responsible thing to do, for any contractor. I have never heard back from them again.
