While it was not an unusual thing for him, I was sure I needed a new refrigerator. There was a ton of ice and it was leaking water from condensation. Beau was a pleasant professional and they managed to get him here today when I was told it may not be until Wednesday which might have meant a lot of lost food. I am delighted!!!!

On Tuesday before the 4th of July holiday our oven decided to stop heating. I called Kevin's and explained that we were leaving town for the holiday and leaving our son to pet sit while we were gone and he would need to oven to heat up left overs. I also explained that we were going to the UP and wanted to leave by noon on Wednesday. They had no problem working with our schedule and Kevin arrived promptly Wednesday morning. Kevin diagnosed the problem quickly and confirmed they had the necessary parts on hand -- at the shop. Kevin worked it out so that he would make the rest of his calls as he circled back to the shop to pick up the necessary part and then return to our house to install it. He had the oven working shortly after noon that day, for a fair price and no drama. I recommend Kevin's without hesitation.

It went well. The appointment was scheduled to occur within 24 hours of when I placed the call. They worked around our schedule and arrived promptly. Appreciated their honesty instead of just going ahead with what would have been really expensive repairs.

My machine was leaking and I had replaced two parts but still had a small leak I could not locate. They found the problem and made an adjustment on the spot to correct the problem. He ran the machine through the cycles twice to make sure the leak was fixed.

The guy came out in a hurry thou it was not an emergency but he was quick. Sometimes small appliance people mislead you and up charge you but he did not do that. He offered a reasonable price and I am happy with him. He did a good job.

Our dishwasher quit working properly. When we called the manufacturer they said that the repair could be up words of $300. They offered us a "warranty" for $300 that would cover the repair no matter what the issue. We read the reviews on Angie's list and decided to give Kevin's a shot instead. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and repaired the dishwasher for 1/3 the 'warranty" price. we would definitely call Kevin's again.

Kevin was on time and quick. Had the dryer apart in no time. found the problem's(bad drum wheels and idler pully). The dryer runs like new.

It went very well. He replaced the defecctive part and provided some tips to help the dishwasher perform better and last longer.

I called at 8am and Bo came by the end of the day. Very prompt and helpful service. He thought the problem could be due to one of a couple problems and asked us to monitor the situation, specifically to see if the refrigerator would kick itself out of defrost mode after 45 minutes. It didn't, so we called and he ordered a part for us, which came in and was installed within a couple days. After the new timer was installed, the problem was fixed.

The day we were leaving town for our oldest child's college graduation, the washer stopped. I called Kevins, and, even though we had hoped someone could come out that day, we booked for the next business day following our return. Later that morning they called us as they had a cancellation -- the worker came out, saw immediately the problem (something stuck in the water pump) and fixed it in minutes. Thank heavens!! We're thrilled with the fast service, the consideration in fitting us in when they had a cancellation and the quick, efficient and friendly service people. Very reasonable pricing. Thanks much!!!

He showed me the part that was damaged. It was a mechanical problem; it was making a bad noise. The cost of the part was $70, he charged me including that. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and he got right to work on it. He could tell the problem by the sound and that was actually the problem when he opened up the machine. I compared his prices on the internet and I thought his prices were fair. The machine seems to be working fine now. I call him yesterday and he came out today. He called me and set a time and said he would be here in half an hour and he was here with in that time. My dryer company had given me four options of repairmen and I looked them all up on Angie’s list and all of them came out bad. So I looked at other repairmen close by and Kevin’s Appliance Service came out with good reviews so I chose them and I am glad I did.

I scheduled a repair appointment for my refrigerator that was running continually. When the scheduler told me that the repair person would call me before they came out, I mentioned that I may be away from the phone. She said that the tech would not come out if I did not answer the phone, so I gave her my cell number too. This part is my fault: I unplugged the refrigerator a few days ago because I was so sick of hearing it run all the time. I fired it up again before the tech was scheduled to arrive. Just my luck, the refrigerator shut off like it should have. Since I was expecting a call before the tech arrived and it was already nearing 5 PM, I figured I would tell them at that time that it had shut off. Unexpectedly, the tech showed up anyway, without a call ahead. The tech was extremely unhappy with me, and when I told him that I hadn't received the call ahead, he said "You have an answer for everything." The repeated refrain of "this isn't anything personal" before he insulted me again got a bit tiring. Don't expect polite or professional treatment from Kevin's.

Repairman arrived on time, performed all service work requested in a timely manner.

Kevin did a great job. He was fast and efficient, and I was surprised at how reasonable the price was. However, I had a misunderstanding with the secretary about scheduling, and when I tried to apologize she hung up on me. I called back a few minutes later because they were so highly recommended, and I received a reprimand from the secretary. She reluctantly scheduled Kevin to come over, and when I mentioned it to Kevin he picked up where the secretary had left off. When I tried to explain the misunderstanding, he threw up his hands and said, "I'm not going to get into that." This company definitely doesn't operate with the motto that the customer is always right. I was left with a well-repaired dryer and my tail between my legs.

The repairman was fast, polite and of course he solved the problem! Highly recommended.

When the washing machine started making so much noise, I called Kevin. I have used his services to repair our appliances for probably over 20 years because he has always done such a good job and had reasonable prices. First he oiled the machine well hoping that would correct the problem and save us further repairs but gave us a price quote on replacing the parts. That helped some but it still made enough noise that we knew the parts needed replacing. They ordered the parts and he came over the following Saturday to replace them. When he took the machine apart he found screws that had worn out, broken and were causing more extensive repairs. He suggested we might want to look for a new washer instead of repairing this one for a new estimate of $250. He did not charge us for this visit. After thinking it over we decided to go ahead with the repair. The parts were ordered and the following Saturday he replaced them very quickly. Now it works well again. I always appreciate his honesty, ability and hard work.

They were able to make an appointment sooner than anyone else. They called before they showed up, they showed up within a very reasonable time of the call. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part on hand to replace. Very kind, very reasonable with price, and I am a very satisfied customer.
