Kevin's Appliance staff has always been very helpful on the phone at crisis time and then there in person to make the fix. If we have model numbers sn etc. and a good idea of the problem, sometimes a fix is in a single economical trip. Sometimes a parts run or order is needed. Regardless, it is always done right and they will give advice on viability as well. I was thankful to get this reliable family business referral as young gal after being creeped out by a worker from Another Appliance repair service many years ago!

Timely service, excellent work, good explanation of work and maintenance.

It was fine. He had the part on his truck. He even replaced the dryer vent hose with one I had purchased months ago.

We have used Kevin twice before and as before he was !00% on time, rapid repair and replaced everything and cleaned up the job site before leaving. He gave us an estimate for the repair after locating the problem, we said OK, and he repair the stove. We will use Kevin's service if we have another appliance breakdown.

Very good service - took the time to explain options, that repair would be best and replacement could be done by me without too much of a learning curve, if needed.

It went smoothly.Beau(the tech) was punctual,polite & knew what he was doing.

He was here for a short time and said refrigerator could not be fixed for less than buying a new one. Also, he said it was not under any warranty. I felt that paying $90.00 for this was high.

It didn't go because of the age of my appliance.

I called to schedule a service call because the bottom-mounted freezer on our refrigerator stopped freezing. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and scheduled me for the next available appointment that fit in my schedule. I had to call back with the model and serial number of the unit so she could look at any potential warranty work offered by the manufacturer. The manufacturer warranty had expired but the manufacturer extended the warranty for the issue I was having based on poorly designed parts used in my refrigerator. I was contacted to reschedule the service call so that parts were on hand to complete the repair. Once the repair technician arrived, the repair was done relatively quickly give the amount of work done. The gentleman conducting the repairs was very courteous, professional, and efficient. Based on the design of my kitchen and the size of my refrigerator, I did have to help position the refrigerator before and after the repair. This had nothing to do with the ability of the technician but simply a very large refrigerator in a small confined area; I couldn't have done it myself so I was glad to help. The overall service provided by this company was outstanding. Everything from my initial contact with them to the completion of the repair was done with the utmost professionalism. I will not hesitate to use this company again if I need appliance repair done and I would certainly recommend them to others.

Great experience. Got me right in the next day. Very professional and fast. Knew what was wrong right away. Price was fair. Very happy with this service, will definitely use them again!

I called for service on my non working oven and was told they didnt have an opening until Monday morning. i was surprised to get a phone call before lunch on friday that a serviceman was on his way over. The oven was diagnosed and repaired in less than 30 minutes. Couldnt be happier to have my oven working 3 hours after i called. Thanks so much for working me in!!

I was very happy with their service. They scheduled an appointment with a time range of 8:00a.m. - Noon. He called before arriving around 8:00 and was done within a half hour. He was very polite, professional and was quick with diagnosis and repair. He also said if I had any problems to not hesitate to call. I would definitely use their services in the future.

This was Kevin's Appliance second call to our house, earlier he repaired our refrigerator. He checked the pump first, it was OK. The he checked the drain line which was plugged. Once the line open the unit drained correctly. He reassembled the dishwasher, drained the unit a couple times to be sure it was functioning correctly. He had all the tools he needed with him, and parts were necessary. We are pleased with his professionalism and will call him again if the need arises. Life happens.

we had Bo as our repairman he did a great job! He was on time he explained what had to be done and then got it done quickly and very reasonably priced!

This is the 2nd time I've had Kevin's out to work on my dryer (2 different issues) and they were fast and friendly. My dryer wasn't heating, so I needed a thermostat and some heater coils. Even though $170 is steep for literally 15 minutes worth of work ($70 was parts) I would have them back again, as they always do great work and are friendly!

It went very well! I called and talked with Sharon to make the arrangements. She was very nice! Mike came out the the next morning and called ahead of time as arranged. He quickly inspected the old dryer and gave me an estimate and asked if I wanted to proceed. His estimate was spot on as he didn't find anything else wrong. He was professional, friendly and tidy.

They were prompt in coming out and called ahead to let me know when they would be there. Doubled check the day before to make sure we were still a go. The service person came out and looked things over but found it to be a problem not related to the washer itself. He even fixed the other problem which was not related to the washer which was very thoughtful and nice of him to do that. Basically saved me from having to call someone out for that problem. Very nice to see businesses that still go above and beyond the norm. That is how I run my business. Thank you for your help on my situation. I would recommend this company! David

Technician knew exactly what was wrong with my washer, when I explained what it was or rather what it wasn't doing. He was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and the cost was reasonable. Would use this company again.

They're wonderful. They were professional and quick. They only charged me $30.00 for labor and $45.00 for the service call. I would recommend them. They came out the very next day to fix my daughter's dryer.

Beau fixed both appliances during one visit; the dryer had been serviced by a competitor who had been unable to diagnose the initial problem. Beau was on time, cleaned up the work area, worked quickly, and provided helpful advice about maintaining the appliances. The price was fair considering the time spent (over two hours) and the parts required.
