Description of Work: Kevin came and checked on why my refrigerator door didn't swing close and close tightly. He adjusted and lubricated the door,cleaned the filter, and leveled the refrigerator for me.

Description of Work: Was told the repairman would be there between 12:00 noon- 2:30 p.m. At 2:45, I called the office to ask where he was. I was told he had changed schedule. No one called me. Was told he would be there at 4:00 p.m., then was called at 4:45 to say he was on his way. Finally showed up about 5:00. Work was completed in a timely manner, but I did not appreciate having to wait all afternoon on my day off of work when I had other errands planned.

Description of Work: We had to have a new part for the dryer as it kept showing a power failure notification and would shut off.

Description of Work: We used to be happy and pleased with Kevin's services in the past. He responded fast, was on time and did a good job repairing our appliances. Not this time. We called his office and explained our problem with the range. His secretary told us to think about a new range. We decided against it and tried several times to schedule an appointment for repair. We never received a return call. Since our appliances are older now, it seems like Kevin is picking cherries. That is unprofessional and we are now forced to find a more reliable company.

Description of Work: Very thorough explanation of the problem with our dryer. They had a cancellation and called us right away to ask if they could come out that very day. My dryer sounds brand new!!

Description of Work: We had 2 appliances serviced and both are working top notch now. The first visit Kevin got my dishwasher working even though he needed to order parts and I so appreciated that. He came back when he received parts for dishwasher and oven. Was very nice and would definitely call him again if needed.

Description of Work: The 20 yr old dryer that came w/ our new-to-us house started shutting itself off. Kevin called ahead, showed up when expected. We decided to hook up the newer dryer we had brought from our previous house; he order all the parts and returned to do so. Also checked and cleaned up the washer hookups at no charge.
