They were quick, in 3 days I had a new deck. I noticed something was a miss and they came over quickly and fixed it. My deck is gorgeous. The owner actually came out to give me the estimate and helped me pick out the colors.

Brian was prompt and knowledgeable, but his price was not competitive.

My experience with Miles Bradley was horrible. First, the initial install was two weeks later than promised. Then the quality of the material used was horrible, they failed to correct this immediately when I pointed it out to them. I placed a call to my sales rep (Paige) and see he told me "that's the way it looks sometimes" and said he'd try to come by sometime in the next couple weeks after I demanded that he look at the deck himself. After 7 weeks of arguing with them and countless shallow promises they finally replaced top of the deck. They performed the work while I was out of town. They changed the of spacing the boards (for the worse) and left the old material (with nails) in my driveway for me to find when I arrived home. The material spilled on to my newly laid sod which was then killed. Four days later they came and gathered their material and sent me a bill. No call from the sales guy, nothing. It's contractors like this that give contractors a bad name.
