We had an amazing experience with Miles Bradley! They tore out our old wood deck and replaced it with beautiful Trex materials, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Paige, Mark, and Ben were an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, responsive, and super friendly throughout the entire process. The entire project was completed in just over a week, and the new deck looks fantastic. We’re already counting down the days until the weather warms up so we can enjoy it.

Very pleased with Miles Bradley Building and Remodeling, Inc. It was a pleasant experience working with Page. He helped with our design, made helpful suggestions, sent the drawings for approval and took care of all the permits etc. in a very timely manner. Dan and Kevin and crew, were excellent, very knowledgeable and professional. When they started, they were on site until it was completed. We were very impressed with their work ethic and the detail in their workmanship. Definitely would recommend this company.

This company built our deck and over the years it has sank The materials and configuration of the deck have many years of useful life left, but they are only interested in replacing with a new deck. Beware that they will strand you for any issues you incur after the warranty period is over. We weren't looking for free, just for them to provide a cost effective repair to a product they designed and built.

Paige was awesome to work with for designing the deck and picking out material. He showed up the day after I reached out with samples and tons of pictures to get the ball rolling. Dustin did an amazing job with the construction of the deck. We are very happy with the final product!

Working with Paige at Miles Bradley for our 16x16 Trex deck was a very pleasant experience. They took care of all the permits, were on time with their scheduled dates and we LOVE the final result. The construction is top notch. They also built us a really cool back bar counter with the Trex that we use all the time and everyone who comes over loves it. Miles Bradley Building did a great job on our deck and dock. I love their persistence - once when we struggled to find the right glass options (we finally found an awesome glass design), and once when we had to try several times to get one important detail correct (which we finally did!).

Very rarely do you have the president of a company keep in contact with you throughout the lifecycle of your project; from frequent updates on progress to permit approval, materials delivery status and to check up on how his installers are performing. All four of the gentlemen that put together our deck and pergola were awesome!! They were professional, very friendly, courteous and did meticulous work. They also took time to answer all questions and provide timeline updates on when they would be complete. They worked in weather ranging from 90 to 50 degrees, even in the rain and never complained once. We would have all four of them back anytime for future projects. At the end of the job, all left over materials were hauled away and the clean-up crews were meticulous in taking away any leftover debris from the project. The deck and pergola look fabulous and we have gotten so many compliments from neighbors and family. I would highly recommend the Miles Bradley company for any new deck installation!!

Very pleased with our new Trex Deck! Paige helped us figure out a new design and also helped us pick out materials which can feel overwhelming. The staff were very professional and nice. If there were any delays it was due to supply delivery. Also when there was an issue it was handled quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

TLDR: This is the best deck building company in the area by far. Out of the handful of companies we talked to, Miles Bradley had the Cheapest Price, Best Quality, and they have the nicest people you will ever meet. I cannot say a single negative thing about them, they are the closest thing to perfect you’ll find. I can confidently say that Miles Bradley Building is by far the best deck building company out there. Building a deck on our house has been a long procrastinated project for us (18 years to be exact). We have been given quote after quote from multiple other deck building companies that range from $55k-70k for the most bare-bones generic deck. They basically wanted the cost of a brand new corvette for a glorified floating platform. Finally, we called Miles Bradley Building to see what their quote would be. Our family saw their Ad in a magazine alongside a few pictures of some extremely impressive decks, so we figured it wouldn’t hurt to hear them out too. We set up a meeting with Paige and he was so kind and professional, we all loved him. We sat with Paige at our kitchen table discussing the overall design of the deck, the material used, color, railing, lights, ect. He brought pictures of the hundreds of the gorgeous decks he has built over the years to give us more ideas and brought physical samples of every component so we can see them first hand, which is something most companies did not do. He sketched up our dream deck with all the bells and whistles and said he would contact us with a quote. A couple days later we got a quote of $37k and some change. Upon hearing that number everyone’s jaw dropped, that number is nearly HALF of what the other companies wanted and the quality of Miles Bradley’s decks are in a completely different league. We couldn’t say yes fast enough. Paige sent over Zach and Jeff who were just as kind and professional. I would have to force myself to stay away from them while they worked, otherwise I could talk to them all day, they were honestly some of the best guys I’ve ever met. But, in a few weeks these two guys put up one of the nicest decks I have ever seen. Even people who were casually walking around the neighborhood made their way up our driveway just to get a closer look at our stunning deck. Normally that would be a little strange, but we thought it was really funny, it just gave us even more of an ego boost and ensured us that we made the right choice by going with this company. The final product far surpassed our expectations, which were already high from seeing their past work. The shape was perfect, the size was huge, the floor was seamless, the railings were solid, the color popped, and the lights were so small and discreet yet could light up the entire deck on their own. My family and I smile ear to ear every time we see it and we couldn’t be more happy. I usually never write reviews but these guys earned it. If anyone of my friends or family even mentions they need deck work I am immediately handing them Paige’s number. These guys are just the best, bar none.

Paige was easy to work with very helpful with Trex material and color choices. The crew he sent to build our replacement deck did a terrific job. My wife and I are very pleased with the final product. I would highly recommend this company.

Their team took our deck plan to reality working with us on the material selection and building our two-tier deck exactly as we imagined it. I am extremely happy with my beautiful deck. The workmanship is impeccable. I asked for cement pier footings for a stable foundation of the deck for many years and Miles Bradley was the only company that knew how to do it. Paige's team was quick without compromising on quality. Whenever I had a question, Paige was quick to reply. I have recommended Miles Bradley to my neighbors and I would definitely use this company again. The deck was slightly more expensive than other companies, but I would pay for better quality and have a deck that lasts many more years. I have been researching companies for the past year and looking at my neighbor's decks and the quality of my Trex deck is far superior than my neighbors' decks.

The process was painless from start to finish. Paige was wonderful to work with. He was responsive, pleasant, and helpful. The finished project is terrific. We could not be happier.

Our two-tone Trex deck is beautiful albeit pricey. We chose a TrexPro builder from the Trex website in 2014. After 3 years, miters on the steps and other areas began separating due to inadequate construction. Our sales representative ghosted us for over a year, after which we filed a claim with Trex. However, once the owner was contacted everything was fixed to our satisfaction summer 2018. They made it right, and that's what we look for in a quality contractor. The design is awesome. Prior and during construction, the salesman was awesome. The original fascia and trimming was not adequate in a few places. The guys that came to fix the problem awesome, owner awesome.
