Inspected the HVAC and had workers back out that night to replace it

Tony and the crew were excellent! They put down (clean) cloth tarps and were very careful to keep our basement and stairs clean. I highly recommend VisionAir and I would hire them again.

Tony was out within a day of our phone call, and all of the work was completed within a week. All employees were very professional. They were careful to protect our flooring, did a thorough set of checks to make sure the equipment was working, and left the space immaculate after the work was completed. In addition, all members of the team were able and willing to explain (in detail) the work that needed to be done, the work that was being done, how to operate the units, and how to know if there's a problem. All in all, they were great to work with.

Outstanding service, very prompt, courteous workers, cleaned up after the install and removed all the debris. Made after hours call and promptly arrived within 45 minutes to see if the repair could be made that night to the furnace. Unfortunately the furnace needed to be replaced. The heat was back on by 5 pm the following afternoon. A TEN STAR company.

Tony was excellent. He responded promptly to a Saturday call. When he realized parts would be needed and he had to wait until Monday to call a supplier, he called us bright and early on Monday so we weren't waiting all day to know what our options were. We decided to replace our furnace and he came out within a few hours. We believe the pricing was very fair. We would happily refer him to family or friends.

Very nervous no one would be working on the holiday, I called Vision Air, and they said they would have someone out in 40 minutes. Tony was at my home in 30. Our furnace was almost 40 years old, and Tony let us know that he would check for the parts we needed, but it would be like putting a band-aid on the furnace that was slowly going. He was able to get the furnace temporarily running. We asked him to look into the parts, and to give us a quote on a new furnace. We had the quote less than 24 hours later. The price was very fair, and we decided to go ahead and get the new one. He had his crew out the very next day. They were on time, extremely polite and very professional. They put down tarps so they wouldn't dirty our floors, removed and installed the furnace in no time, and cleaned up after themselves. We were very impressed with Vision Air and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable company.

We called VisionAir at 7:00 am on New Years Day and Tony was here within an hour. He is very professional and very friendly. I told him what the furnace was doing over the phone and he knew what the problem was. He had the parts already on his truck and had us up and running within an hour. The price was reasonable for being a holiday. Thank you Tony for getting heat in this cold house.

GREAT company ! I had called Vision Air in the morning and they were here in 3 hours ! They diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it and I had heat again. Tony and Anthony's professionalism was outstanding ! They explained the process to me step by step. I would HIGHLY recommend Vision Air to anyone who needs service on their furnace. They don't try to sell you something you don't need like alot of other companies. I wish they had a "10 star" rating because that would be what they would get from me. VisionAir Heating & Cooling was very prompt and professional from the front office to the guys performing the actual repair. Owner Tony is honest and fair guy and will tell you exactly what needs to be done without trying to oversell you. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend to family and friends.

Very prompt, showed up in 30 minutes after calling. After diagnosing the issue was back with the replacement part a few hours later and completed the work.

VisionAir Heating & Cooling has been servicing my old furnace and this year it was time to replace it. Tony and his staff are all very knowledgeable and did a great job installing my new system. Excellent Quality of work. Very reasonable cost.

Great after calling one place and told they couldn't send somebody til the next day I call Vision and was told that a tech wouldn't be available until that evening but defiantly someone would be out that day. After they called back a couple of time to let us know what the status was on the tech the last call was that the tech was on his way and that it was after hours that there would be NO premium charge. Tony should up around 7 pm and in about a half hour he had replaced the bad part and had the furnace up and running again. Tony was vary friendly professional. Sense we just bought this place about 6 weeks ago we are going to have them come back and do a service check and keep their handy for any future needs.

Tony came out right away and was excellent let us know what was needed and the next day he got the new motor and put it in. He did not want us to be in the cold. I definitely would recommend to family and friends, and to anyone else who would need heating and cooling services, they are very professional and honest company. Tony was awesome. They came out quickly after we contacted them and identified the problem. He recommended to install a new furnace after our 16 year old furnace died. He scheduled the job for the next day and completed the job. There was not a hint of a mess anywhere. My thermostat developed a problem after the install and he came back out the next day and put in a new one. Very professional, courteous and communicative. Thx Tony!

it could not have gone any better for all 3 instances. They responded immediately, they are courteous and simply pleasant to work with. They completed their work in a timely and professional manner, very neat and clean. Here's the thing that makes us wish we could give them higher than an "A" rating, they are honest people. They could have charged us more, they could have replaced our aunt's furnace and we would not have known. Instead, they let us know that it could be repaired and we appreciated that so much.

We had Tony, the owner, replace our furnace in November 2016 and we were very impressed with the punctuality, friendliness, knowledge and work quality that we knew we'd hire him again. We just didn't think it would be so soon! We discovered our AC wasn't working in June 2017 and temps were in the 90s! I called the office on a Saturday evening and Tony came out the next day, on a Sunday---a couple hours sooner than originally scheduled which was so awesome as the house was heating up rapidly. Tony discovered the problem almost immediately and made the repair within a few minutes of arriving. We were so grateful for him giving up time on a Sunday to come out to our home. We are so impressed with Tony's dedication, knowledge and easy-going, friendly personality and we have every confidence in his workmanship and reliability. A friend of ours referred us to Tony and VisionAir and the entire process was painless. The crew arrived on-time, hauled away the old stuff, cleaned up after themselves and did a nice job with the entire installation. They know what they are doing and are very customer service oriented. Tony's a straight shooter and gave us several options to choose from and he helped us make the decision that fit our needs the best (which was a mid-price point system). The cost included the new furnace, A/C, humidifier, assorted bits and pieces and labor.

The owner, Tony came out to our home the same day we called and spent time explaining the issue with our furnace. His honesty, friendliness and knowledge impressed us and we hired him to install a new furnace in our home. He showed up exactly on time with drop cloths and boot covers which was a huge plus for me as I'm a clean freak. We had to call him out a couple times for minor issues and again, same day service which was punctual and courteous. They were awesome!!! It was a Saturday around noon when I realize my furnace was broken; I contacted Vision Air and they came and told me the furnace was in a very bad condition (it was from 1986, I am impressed lasted 30 years) so it was time to changed it, but of course it should be on a Saturday afternoon when all shops are closed!!! I have 2 kids at home (3 Years old and a baby 2 weeks old), Tony realized that so he was willing to do the job even if in that Saturday was his birthday and he told me they didn’t leave the house until I have heat on my home; fortunately he contact somebody and was able to buy the furnace; they were working the whole evening and they didn’t leave until he was sure we have heat at home. I recommend these guys, they are very professional and treated me like family. Thank you Tony, you saved my family from a disaster
