Our hot water heater stopped working out of no where. I called Vision Air, let them know what was going on. They gave a quote over the phone and Tony came out 2 HOURS later to replace our hot water heater. He worked fast and efficiently. He was professional and kind hearted. 100/10 recommend!! Vision Air will forever be our go-to heating and cooling company! Keep up the good work.

I called several companies and was most comfortable with the whole experience from Visionair. The office staff was very informed and Tony was very precise and detailed. We signed the contract fir a system replacement and we not let down with the install team. Everything was great. Will recommend and use Visionair again when needed.

It went well, Tony showed up on time when he said he would; completed the check up & gave me options and things to watch for as my furnace aged. 10/10 would use them again. Honest and responsive.

We called to get a quote from VisionAir H&C to install a furnace humidifier and were told over the phone that the service we required was going to be under $200.00. We had already purchased the humidifier on our own and there was already a spot cut out of the furnace from a previous humidifier. When the workers arrived, they immediately started working to install the humidifier. They gave us no other quote/inspection prior to ripping open the humidifier box and getting started. After a half an hour of work, they give us a bill for $89 for a furnace check (which we did not ask for) and $325 to install the humidifier, asking for $414.00 total... we are very upset and would not recommend them to anyone

Went great. 100% satisfied with their work. There is some claims by someone on here that this company committed fraud. I know this person and they in fact was the one who told me to hire visionair when my furnace broke. I will say 100% they never did what the other reviewer said. If they had i would have never hired them again. Great company, and they are really good with working with home warranty companies.

Tony came out so fast even though it’s Memorial Day! He identified the problem with our air conditioning unit, and had it fixed in no time! Tony was super polite and professional. I would absolutely recommend VisionAir for any heating or cooling issue you have!

Had my furnace replaced over the winter. This company never connected my humidifier inside the furnace then says "call us if you want us to get this working" Then I noticed they never connected the yellow wire for the AC condenser which would of meant calling them again. They also pulled this crap on my cousin. Total frauds. Do not reccomend!

Tony came out within an hour of us calling. We needed a new furnace, which we already suspected. Tony and his staff came out the next morning and installed the new furnace. They were very professional and personable. They did a great job and we our very happy. I would highly recommend Vision Air Heating and Cooling. Very happy. Btw, this is the second time we used Vision Air and the second time we are happy.

Awesome. Our furnace went out. I called Vision, they came right out and had our furnace up and running again. The weather was at almost freezing temperatures, Vision made sure my family didn't have to spend the night in the cold. Thank you so much!

Tony & Jane have a wonderful crew. Very pleasant and professional to do business with. Initially, my furnace broke during winter and I had a new-born baby in the house. My home warranty contacted them to do the repairs and they made us priority due to our baby. They were out at our house quickly on a weekend. After being impressed by their service I inquired about installing an AC unit in my house. Great work, service, price and they offer financing as well. I will use and recommend this company for future business and servicing.

Super-fast response time and excellent service. Our furnace quit in our manufactured home and they came right out and had it fixed within half an hour. VisionAir Heating & Cooling is a great HVAC company! They took our information and arrived right when they said they would. They communicated all the details of the job very well with us. They gave a quote for the repairs that were needed and stuck to the price when the job was done. Our A/C is running nice & cold now! I highly recommend VisionAir!
