I hired McQuire to do a small, but not straight forward, job--replace a porch light with a motion detecting light and security camera. I had used McQuire previously and, as in the past, their work was excellent. Electricians arrived on time, completed the job faster than I expected, cleaned up and then had me verify that the light and security camera were installed correctly. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Excellent, these guys are great. First time go on electrical inspection. Madison Heights has a very hard and by the book inspector. These guys coordinated with him, so they knew what they needed to do to pass inspection. If you have any difficult electrical work, or an old house I would not hesitate to call these guys.

Called them on Fri., they made an appointment for Mon. mid day,arrived before 11am and the switch was working before noon. I am a very happy homeowner right now!

I called McGuire based on all of the positive reviews on here. We discussed my needs initially over the phone in great detail which included a ballpark price, which was to run a large amount of equipment in my garage. There was no pushiness to have the work done and the conversation included many questions which I liked. Although newer, my existing panel in the house was almost full so I wanted capacity for upgrades to my detached garage in the future. I waited a while but finally called to schedule an in home estimate. They were able to come out within a few days to give me written quote. I called the next morning to schedule the work. A crew of 2 came out and removed the old panel, existing riser to the roof and meter. They installed a new 40 space GE brand panel, new meter, new entrance cable, ground cable to meter and new riser to the roof. The work is neat, clean and professional. The jobsite cleanup was excellent and I'm overall happy with the job. The price was reasonable and I'll likely call them when it is time to upgrade service to my garage.

We lost 1/2 the power in our house. We called McGuire for repair and they were at our house in a few hours. Electrician Matt was able to diagnose the problem to a faulty connection in our meter. He had all the equipment he needed to make the necessary repair. McGuire business tools are a bit outdated. They dont make extensive visit reports, provid detailed written estimates or process credit cards on ipads like some other companies do. I will hire them again based on the quality of work performed.

Pat and Richard were punctual, polite, and did a great job. They even cleaned up after themselves. McGuire Electric is always my first choice for any electrical work.
