Excellent! Gary and Richard were on time, polite, explained everything they would do and executed quickly, even doing a thorough cleanup. They set expectations (had to cut into drywall to run a new circuit from basement to attic in an older home) and even came in well below the not-to-exceed estimate! Best electrical contractor I've ever used.

I could not be more excited about this job. I needed to have my 50 year old circuit box replaced and updated as well as a Tesla charger hookup for my new Tesla coming soon. The electricians were Dave & his assistant working for two days to complete the job. Dave is an expert electrician working this career for 31 years. The work completed was magnificent. They arrived precisely on time, and worked two days for completion as estimated. They cleaned up all to the greatest satisfaction after the work was done. The fee was exact as had been estimated, and a much better fee than the one other estimate I had received. When a job is done right and to perfection, it is a joy to pay the fee. McGuire Electric did all as promised. Only certified electricians are qualified to do the Tesla charger hookup and McGuire was recommended by Tesla.

The company promptly responded to my phone message requesting a quote. They were able to fit me in their schedule for the same week I called. The two gentlemen (forgive me for not recalling their names) showed up precisely for the time scheduled. They were very professional and knowledgeable, did a quality job, cleaned up after they were finished. They took the time to show me what they did. I would highly recommend McQuire Electric.

I was very happy with the two technicians who arrived and in short time determined the reason the electric wasn't working. The whole repair took less than an hour. The workers wore masks the whole time and were very pleasant and efficient.

I submitted my quote request late Saturday night and had a phone call from someone at 8am Monday morning. Very responsive! I ended up going with another company, through no fault of McGuire Electric.

Devin arrived at 930 as promised. He had all the supplies and tools. Immediately got to work. Job was completed properly and quickly. He cleaned up the area and left. Done!

Devan was thourough, fast, pleasant and really knew what he was doing; very professional in every way. Showed up right on time, checked all the wiring from the switch backwards. Once he found the offending part, he offered to buy it and install it for me -- which he did at no additional charge. I asked why he didn't charge for the shopping trip, he explained that he had to buy hardware for other jobs anyway and they only charge for work they do. McGuire definitely is at the top of my "WILL DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN" list. Even more remarkable to me was the fact that McGuire's charge for the initial call and 30 minutes labor ($130) was about half what others charge.

Spoke with McGuire Electric on a Tuesday afternoon, and they were able to be here the next day. Kevin was our electrician. He was here on time, and did a great job. Everything was left nice and neat, and with the outlet being changed he left it better then he found it! He was in and out in less then an hour. His confidence put me at ease. The price was actually less then was originally quoted, which was a nice surprise! I would definitely recommend Kevin and the McGuire team again.

Main trunk line and 200 amp circuit panel were replaced including grounding rods. It seemed a full day work for 2 people. They provided a superb job and it solved all problems. I was quite happy! Knowledge, experience and the price were all agreeable.

Crew did a nice job, used drop sheets to catch debris. Called ahead to let me know when they would be arriving. Also provided estimate for other potential needs. Would use again.

The electrician and his apprentice were professional and completed the work in a short time period.

They did an awesome job! Devan and Randy were very fast and efficient. I told them I just needed to move a light switch from one wall to another wall, but when they showed up I asked them if they had time (or could come back) to replace multiple light fixtures. When I asked for a quote for the additions, they said they worked on an hourly rate and mentioned they would do as much as they could as the original time they set aside for me - and they got a LOT done! They were very professional to be sure I was okay with prices before they did anything and I am so happy with my light switch and updated fixtures. I would definitely recommend them if anyone were to ask me for an electrician. Oh, and mentioning Angie's List gave me a bonus discount :) A+

After checking the logical causes (circuit breaker, etc.), we called Macguire for service. He gave us two possible solutions over the phone to try ourselves. The second one solved the problem.

I had an old fuse panel and meter box with a deteriorating cable from the drop that all desperately needed replacing. Mick gave me a reasonable quote and was able to bump up my appointment a week earlier than scheduled. His crew arrived on time, did a fantastic job upgrading my fuse box to a 150 amp breaker panel and replacing my aging meter with new conduit to the drop, and cleaned up after themselves (which seems to be a rarity with electricians from what I've seen). I will absolutely call them again.

I always call McGuire Electrics for my electrical issues. I have several units that I rent out. I need someone dependable. It is very important to me that the people I hire show up on time because I live about 45 miles from my rental properties. It is easy to schedule a time with McGuire Electrics, the people who come are pleasant and come on time. They also do quality work!

The team at McGuire Electric did an excellent job. I was pleased from the initial estimate to the completion of this project. They were very informative and the team that did the work were on time, efficient in the work and professional. I will definitely hire them again for future electrical work we have planned for our home.

Circuit blew with an hour after they left. We were under impression circuit would no longer overload. We now have to get a separate circuit for this area.

I would recommend McGuire over and over again. They were extremely prompt, professional, clean and friendly! We felt their pricing was fair compared to what we had received from other companies and we will definitely be using them again for future work.

Performed the basic inspection steps to determine why interior/exterior garage light fixtures were not working: checked the light switches, checked the interior/exterior fixtures and circuits, checked the electric wiring for breaks for problems. No result. Entered the attic to inspect wiring that ran from the attic. No result. Finally, decided to check the adjacent outlet/duplex (four feet away) and while unscrewing the duplex cover plate, the lights flickered. A wire was disconnected from the duplex and broke the circuit for both the outlet and light switch. Problem solved.

They worked efficiently & professionally, explaining the workings of the new, modern switch, and tidying up very well. They left all the areas where they worked spotless and just as they found them initially.
