It was very good. When the inspector got here, he said they did a very good job. They were good.

Went fine. They could not find the issue at first, but when they did everything was good.

Matt and his helper were prompt and did all the work requested the day they arrived in just under 4 hours. They asked exactly how I wanted things done and did it just that way. My spouse liked them as they were professional and quick. They did not clean up all of their mess in the basement by the sump, but it was easily vacuumed up.

I had a kitchen light go out. I could not get it to turn on, even after I replaced the light and the light switch. They came over on a Monday morning after I scheduled with them on previous Saturday. They fixed the light in 10 minutes. I paid only $135 House call fee.

They told me they were 6 weeks behind, and to call some other company.

We had to wait 3 days for them to come out (this was after the widespread Detroit area power outage of March 2017). They arrived on time (actually, a few minutes early) for the appointment, were pleasant, professional, and courteous, and replaced the main circuit breaker. They also put in a whole house surge protector the same day, which we had not asked for until after they showed up. They had to get the part for that, but installed it that afternoon. Fantastic service!
