Description of Work: Far too expensive. They detailed out what they would do to my tree and we bought the stuff at homedepot for under $20 and did it ourselves. The tree is still not doing well. We are hoping it comes back better next yr. They were going to charge "$1800 to trim the dead leaves, spray and insecticidal spray, and do a deep root conditioning. Crazy price for items I can buy myself under $20.

Description of Work: I used The Davey Tree Expert Company to take down two trees and they came back and chopped up the stumps. They also put in a new tree.

+ -1 moreI have been pleased with them and have used them over again. I haven't compared them to other tree services so I just don't know about their price. I am willing to pay what they charge but I don't know if they are really totally competitive or not. I would use them in future if needed.
Description of Work: They come out to evaluate the needs for my trees, keep my trees trimmed and fertilized. They have also provided any other treatments that they may have needed over the years. They were here a few months ago to trim a couple of trees.

+ -1 moreIt was a wonderful experience with them. When the tree fell on the property I emailed them at 11 o?clock on Friday night and they were on the job at 7:30 on Saturday and it was so good.
Description of Work: We used Davey Tree last summer to do some pruning, remove a tree that had fallen on the property and also a very large tree.
