Description of Work: They did not call to set up date until the last minute at the end of the time period in the advertisement. The did not explain very well that every register in the house has to be cleaned, so you cannot have just the main floor done and not the basement. This drove the cost doing the job nearly double than the advertise price.

I'm gonna correct some of the things you said in this review, as they are innacurate. Number 1, you purchased the deal on the 8th of August. You left 3 dates you wanted to have it done. I scheduled you into August 28th, which was one of your choices you sent me. On August 8th I set you up for that appointment. That was the SAME DAY you purchased the deal, not at the last minute like you wrote here. You did not leave a phone number for me either, so I couldn't "call you". I asked for a phone number on the 8th when I messaged you from Angie's List to schedule the job. The price is very clearly listed on each deal. It said it covers 10 vents. You had more. We can't go over how many vents we think you have without a phone number to actually talk to you. We do estimate an accurate price over the phone with everyone who does leave a number to reach them at. Our prices beat our GOOD competitors by more than $200, so an "F" for a price grade just shows that you don't know the going rate for this type of work. Lastly, I'd like to add that it took me 2 months to actually get the extra $200 you owed us in addition to the $119 you bought the 10 vent voucher for. So that was $319 total for your home, rather than $350. Sorry for the confusion on your end. Thanks, Jeremy and crew
