The technician was very professional and engaging. He explained everything he was doing, how it worked, how all the tools worked, and why they are used. The before and after photos are helpful to see what had actually been performed. I feel strongly that he actually cleaned the ducts, instead of just vacuuming the registers.

Sani-clean came out on time. Eric was very knowledgeable and detailed. We couldn't of asked for a better job. We have two Furnaces and around a 3,200 sq. ft. house that was built 22 yrs ago and never had the duct work cleaned. Eric show me pictures both before and after and it looked brand new after the cleaning was done. Eric was the technician who performed the air duct cleaning service of our home. Eric was honest from the start of the process, and he explained each phase of the service. Any time I had a question he answered it honestly, and he showcased how the cleaning process went step by step. It was the first time that we've cleaned the air ducts in our home (we've lived here for 6 years) so we were not sure what condition the ducts were in, but after having this service completed, we are very satisfied with the product.
