My experience with Sani-Clean Air Duct Cleaning was exceptional from start to finish. Jeremy and Eric are very professional. They are knowledgeable and confident in their product and work. Eric arrived on time and was able to access the duct work in my condo despite no basement. Communicated with me through every step of the process. Very happy and satisfied. Gave me a demonstration to show me how must dust was being pulled out of my vents. Pretty interesting process!! Would definitely recommend them and would hire again!!

The company didn't initiate contact after I purchased the big deal on Angie's List. I had to call the company to set up the appointment. When the appointment day came, the technician Eric was right on time. He informed me what he was going to do, the cost of my additional ducts and the approximate time the process would take. Everything went smoothly. It took about 1 1/2 hours just as he predicted. I wrote him a check for the extra expense of the added ducts. He told me my receipt would be sent to my email address

Prompt, courteous and very thorough. Accommodated our flighted birds by cleaning their room at the beginning so we could lock them away. Would hire again.

Very well, tech explains everything that he did. Gave visual pictures of work before and after. Tech showed how the wisp and vacuuming works.

Service was Excellent. Text messages were very informative as to when and what time the service person would arrive. The service person was friendly, clean and efficient. Equipment was new and clean. Before and after photos were provided.

I booked the appointment online, they confirmed the time, showed up as expected. The gentleman that came out seemed through and professional. I would use them again in the future.

It went very well. The only issue I had was he moved some of my exercise equipment (stepper and elliptical) to get his equipment through, which was fine, but he left and didn't move it back. This equipment is very heavy and I will need someone to assist me in moving it back.

They have not came to do the work have not heard from them

Eric did a thorough job and was very customer focused. He called me when he was stuck in traffic. When Eric arrived, he reviewed the whole house and explained the process. I could tell he had a lot of experience. When it was time to begin cleaning the duct work, he gave me a demo. In addition to his professionalism, Eric is a super-nice guy. I highly recommend Sani-clean.

With two dogs and a cat this was definitely needed. I can definitely tell the difference

They did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the results. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

Noted three areas that need attention. Two areas were corrected. One was not done as requested. By force of blast, tape on intake duct was pealing off. Requested new tape be place on open part of duct system. It was refused because the old tape was jusr pressed to the wall.
