I can't say enough good things about this company. My sister had a problem with paint dust left from a workman in her home and it was very irritating to her respiratory system. She needed someone asap and when I first called, they were unable to come until May 31st. Jeremy was nice enough to recommend other reliable companies to me and was very apologetic that he could not come right away. I was in the process of trying to find someone else when he called back and said he had a cancellation and could come within the hour. He told me approximately when they would be there and the names of the technicians. They were there as promised, were very professional, and were very reasonably priced compared to other companies. They really went above and beyond to accommodate our situation and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future. Thanks Angie's list for giving me a great reference.

I purchased a special to have my duct work cleaned through Angie's list for 99.00 in September 2012. About a month later, when I called to schedule an appointment, I was politely and with an apology informed they had over advertised and were overbooked and could not provide the service until January, 2013. In January they called to confirm, arrived on time, were efficient and professional, informed me of the process. In addition, I elected to have my furnace cleaned.

I bought the Angie's List Big Deal for $99.00 for a specified amount of ducts to be cleaned in September, and got around to using it in March before the coupon expired. Called and made an appointment for the day the coupon expired. The men came out and counted the number of vents and returns (there were more than the coupon allowed resulting in an additional charge), performed the cleaning and inspected the furnace. They also offered to clean the dryer duct which I initially declined, but changed my mind.

Purchased a living social deal to give them a try. Wow! what a great experience from start to finish. They were punctual, informative and professional. Would definitely recommend, and will be using again in the future.

They were great. I live in an old house and I thought it needed to be done. I don't notice too much of a difference. They were clean, polite and efficient.

They crew did a fantastic job and was very professional and clean. They worked quickly and showed us the dirt in the main vent before they started working. They wore shoe protectors as they worked, which we appreciated. Got Angie's List Big Deal.

My service was scheduled for between 1:00 and 4:00 pm and the technicians arrived shortly after 1:00. They wore shoe covers while in the house, worked steadily, and showed me "before" and "after" pictures of my ductwork. Amazing difference! We've noticed considerably less dust in our house since the cleaning was performed.

The excellent service began with a phone call from the business owner reminding me of the voucher I had purchased and warning me that it had expired a few days earlier, but would be honored. I was immediately impressed. We made an appointment. On the evening prior to the appointment date, he called to confirm that all systems were GO. Eric and Nathan arrived on schedule, assessed the situation, and began the work. The process was fault-free, in my opinion. Eric explained the services included and the extra services available, along with the pricing. Once I confirmed what services I wanted, he stated what would transpire. It happened as he said it would and was completed promptly.

The guys arrived on time, explained their services and what they were going to do, showed us how our vents looked before, completed the work, provided a demonstration regarding exactly what was happening, and then showed us pictures of everything after. Most importantly they were friendly, and I was extremely comfortable having them in our home! All in all this was a fantastic experience, and one that we will most definitely come back for and would highly recommend to others. If you need your ducts cleaned, don't bother going anywhere else. Just call Sani Clean.

They had to go down in crawl space, which thankfully is fairly deep, to get to the duct work. Showed us video of duct work before cleaning. Blew dirt down from all vents in house, then used cleaning tool throughout the duct work to loosen debris and vacuumed everything up. Showed after-video of result - big difference. I'm hoping this will help with our constant dust problem. They pointed out that one of our vent covers was upside down - it's a return duct and is up high so I have always been able to see the 2x4 in the wall --- got back up on their ladder and took it down and fixed it. I told him it has always driven me nuts that I could see that 2x4 but didn't know it was upside down ;-)

From start to finish...TOP NOTCH! I like the small business feel of the experience. Spoke directly to the owner on the phone. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Explained to me how the whole process would go so I knew what to expect. Took advantage of a great deal on their website....I really feel I got a good value. I chose this company because of their awesome reviews, as well as their Super Service Award, which speaks volumes about their commitment to quality and customer service. I was not let down! The crew that showed up was on time, friendly and professional. They were in uniform, wore booties to protect my floors, and got right to work. They inspected my furnace, and were honest with me regarding the fact that my furnace looked ok (its only 1 1/2 years old) and did not really need a cleaning, which I appreciated their honesty. They kept me informed throughout the process, and even did a cool demonstration of the cleaning process, which my entire family enjoyed! I would highly recommend Sani-Clean. These guys really are focused on the customer and delivering a top notch experience at a great price. I mainly chose to have my ducts cleaned due to new construction drywall dust that was circulating thru my system and leaving my surfaces extremely dusty. I am really hoping to see a great improvement in the dust level! Fingers crossed.......

My experience with them was good. I would hire them again. The guy told me what he was doing and everything. He also showed me pictures, and they were not as dirty as I thought they would be. I do not know if they were done some other time or not. They were on time and informative. I never had anything like that done before.

The crew was clean and quick. They explained what was going on every step of the way. The before and after pictures were amazing. They were happy to have me poke around while they were working and show me what they were doing. I thought the price was great. I would recommend them.

They were personable but was disappointed they did not address the two vents in the garage, which they did charge for. Didn't realize this until after the job was done, that's on me for not onitoirng better. Also, after purchasing the Angie's List deal and contacting them in October, they couldn't come out until January. I'll look elsewhere next time.

I actually purchased a deal for Sani through Groupon. I originally saw the deal on Angie's list, but missed the buying window. Luckily it was on Groupon a couple of days later. I paid $99.00 for the groupon (which included cleaning of up to 15 vents) and I paid $85.00 for the furnace to be cleaned. These guys did great work as evidenced by the before and after pictures they provided. Eric walked through and showed me things that needed to be addressed as well as things that were in working order. There was no pressure to get anything unnecessary done and the only reason we had the furnace cleaned was because I was absolutely disgusted by how filthy it was. (We just bought the house recently and the ducts and furnace had never been cleaned). The job was done very quickly and effectively. I was greatly pleased. Everything looks great!

I had originally scheduled my appointment a week earlier and when they came out, they were unable to access the furnace's main lines due to a fixed ceiling in my basement. Eric explained and showed me approximately where I needed to have two 9-10 inch square holes in the ceiling; one for the heat and one for the return so they're able to hook up their 8 inch vacuum line. I cut the holes the next day, called and re-scheduled the appointment and Jeremy the owner came out the following week and completed the job. I was impressed by how much dirt, dust and debris gets whipped then vacuumed out of the duct work. My house was built in 1947 and I've owned it for four years and I know the vents were never cleaned by the previous owner. What a huge difference it has made too! I don't get an "old dusty/musty" smell anymore and my allergies are all together much better. I would and will definitely recommend Sani Clean. I called another company and they will do what cuts in a fixed ceiling they need, but they're much more expensive too. I did mine and bought two drywall access covers from Home Depot for $20.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment and the phone call was very professional. I received a reminder phone call the day before they came to our house. Two gentlemen came to clean our vents, the co-owner of the company was one of them and he described exactly what they would be doing before starting. He showed a before and after photos. Our house was built in 1973 and it looked like the vents have never been cleaned, the difference in look and actual lack of dust accumulation after has been amazing. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them. We will use them again in the future for our vent cleanings.

Punctual and professional. Eric and Nate explained exactly what they were going to do and even showed us as they removed some debris from the ducts. I had wondered why I heard rattling in the vents when the furnace was running. With the camera, they showed that we had some smallish blocks of wood in the vents (most likely from original construction in 1996). With everything cleaned out of the ducts, furnace is super quiet and running efficiently after their maintenance. We couldn't be more pleased with the work they did.

They came out on time and were courteous and put booties on so as not to track dirt in the house. They explained what they were going to do. They showed me what they did. My house is sixty years old and the ducts had never been cleaned by previous owners so I had a large volume of dust come out of my cold air return into the living room. It was a big cloud of what looked like grey smoke. I was surprised that they did not throw out my old furnace filter, they left it on the basement floor.

Aside from my escape artist cat getting out (we got him back), everything went extremely well. I was impressed with the professionalism, prompt attention to call backs, etc. It was a pleasure working with this company. I'd recommend them to anyone and plan to use them in the future. Not going to let the dust accumulate for another 60 years! House is much much better re the dust.
