The service was punctual and professional. The man who came was the brother of the owner of the company and you can tell he really cares about his job. They definately deserve an A+. The only complaint I had was that getting ahold of them to schedule the appointment was a pain. We played phone tag for days because they never answered their phones. I don't know if it rings to a cell phone or what but it was a little irritating. Otherwise wonderful company and great service.

Total cleaning of everything took approximately 1 1/2 hours. Team was professional, on time and happy to explain what was needed. Very good experience and have recommended them to a friend already

Our home is over 15 years old and has never had the ductwork cleaned. We consulted Angie's List and found a local company that specializes in ductwork and vent cleaning. Fortunately, there was special offer that included a great reduction from the normal price. I knew that there would be an additional charge on the day they performed the service for having more vents/cold air returns than were included in the offer. I received a confirmation message the night before the scheduled appointment and was provided a two-hour window. The guys arrived at the early part of the window and, before any work began, they explained every step of the process that would be followed during their visit. We then took a tour of the house so they could get an accurate count of vents and cold air returns. They brought their equipment into the basement and, prior to each step, I was asked to see a demonstration/explanation of what would happen next. To start their work, a hole was cut in the duct work where the vacuum was attached. A "before" picture was taken of the interior of the main air duct that showed me how much drywall dust, debris and cat hair was inside my air ducts. The ducts were vacuumed from the basement and the vents/cold air returns were sprayed in each room to help remove the debris inside the duct work. Upon completion of the vacuuming, a tool ("the whip") with tentacles was placed into the ducts and the tool hit the sides of the ducts so that attached debris would fall off and then vacuumed out. An "after" picture was taken to show me how clean the ducts now were. They almost shine they are so clean! I was very impressed. I was very impressed with Sani Clean's professionalism, efficiency and pride in their work! The entire process, for 29 vents and cold air returns, took about 90 minutes. I would highly recommend Sani-Clean to anyone in the Detroit-area needing their ducts cleaned to contact the guys at Sani Clean!! Great job!

The servicemen arrived within 15 minutes of their stated appointment time. They were very pleasant, polite and professional as well as efficient. They provided a demonstration beforehand of what they would be doing, and showed photos of the interiors of the vents both before and after the cleaning. The service was completed within 90 minutes of their arrival. I would add that if someone has pets it would be wise to have them out of the house as the noise from the compressor hose during cleaning is loud. We chose to board our 3 cats although the servicemen were familiar with working around pets in the house. I would certainly call upon this company again in the future and have already suggested them to two friends.

The tech's from Sani-Clean are great! They arrived on time, were professional, knowledgeable and very personable. They explained their procedure, and informed me that they also do furnace cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Well that was great for me because those two things were next on my "to do" list and I got everything done in one visit. I am thrilled with their work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the services they provide. They even show you how their cleaning system works while sucking all the dirt out of the ducts. Yuck!! The before and after pictures are amazing. ontime, quick, efficient & polite

Sani Clean is professional, prompt and efficient. Their sales leader gave us all the details and scheduling over the phone, without the cheesy sales pitch. They know their stuff! When they arrived, they went right to business. In and out in an hour, and that includes prep and clean up. The service technician who cleaned our ducts even inspected our furnace, and to our amazement found a FOOT of old cat litter in there! He didn't charge us to check it and we were happy with how flexible they were with upgrading on site (cleaning our furnace was the add on).They made the time and went the extra mile without going over their timeframe. We couldn't be happier with our clean ducts...especially now that there is considerably less dust in our house!

I reall needed it. I could feel or smell the dirt coming from vents when I turned on air conditioning. Today 8/23/13, my house feels good. Air feels and smells clean. No longer "afraid" to put my air conditioning on. Guys that can were very nice. Professional. Only thing is I ordered it several weeks ago and they told me it would not be done until September. So I tried not using my air conditioning until they came. BUT they did have a cancellation on yesterday and they put me right in there. So I guess the problem and the only problem with them is that they are SO busy, you have to wait. I would Highly recommend them if you are not in a rush to have it done, but I did get happily done. Price was great.

The experience went very well. They were very professional, they explained everything that they did and they did a great job. They did a thorough job, and the cost was fair for the work that they did. They showed us everything that they were doing, and I felt that they were doing a good job, and so I would recommend them. We have had experience in the past that we felt didn't do a good job, and we didn't trust a good job, but we trusted Sani to have done a great job. They also did a good clean up job, after they finished the work.

It was perfect! I have a disease and I need to be clear of mold, mildew, and dust. They did their job and I am whole heartedly satisfied with their performance. I can breathe better now and don't have to use any oxygen because it is clean. The job that they did was worth the cost and then some. I will definitely call them back again.

Jeremy showed up as scheduled. My husband had taken off the vent covers where they could be removed easily. Jeremy informed us that removing them wasn't really necessary for him to clean the vents. When he showed us how it was down I have to admit that I didn't think they'd get very clean. However, after cleaning all of them he showed my husband what they looked like. Amazing! they really were cleaned out! since having it done there dust seem to be less dust and sneezing in the house. All in all a very personable young man who did a great job, especially convincing us skeptics!

From when they first walked in the door, they were professional and polite. Told us exactly what they were going to do, and even let us tag along and watch. Before and after pictures tell ALL!!! Great service! I would Highly recomment them to anyone!

They came to my home in Dearborn Heights and my mother house in Farmington Hills. The owner and crew worked well together and truly care about the service and professionalism that they provided to me. They placed plastic covered slip-on on their boots and provided an awesome experience. The price was dead on and very much the icing on the cake. When they left the house air quality went up and my electronics no longer was attracting an unusual amount of dust on them. My main duct was super clean, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

Owner was extremely professional and forthcoming on phone. He was prompt with response and did all work as promised. He followed up with phone call explaining all he had done. He completed all the work himself. Very happy with the service.

They showed up a little early. But were done in reasonable amount of time. I just felt that the price was a little high.

They were great! I had a group on deal and had heard great things about this company so I jumped in on it. I dont regret it at all, they cleaned my ducts and did a great job at that.

I have dealt with them only over the phone so far; we haven’t scheduled yet. My experience with them so far has been pretty good. I haven’t received a quote formally but I know the price. Their quote amount was about $250. The owner is a pretty nice guy. He called a few times but I had to schedule later because they were pretty booked. I got the opportunity to do it sooner about two or three times but I just wasn’t able to do it. I got a coupon package from Angie's List. I have got them scheduled for the beginning of next month.

They were very professional n explaining why they couldn't help us. And gave us a few suggestions on how to do minor work from the inside of the house.

They came in did their work in under two hours and the house was no worse for wear. I will do it again and recommend them to any one who asks for this kind of service.

Everything went very well. I was shown before and after camera shots of the vents, and the difference is amazing (clean now!). The men performing the cleaning were punctual, very courteous, professional and informative, making sure that I knew the steps they were taking to complete the job. Very happy with the results!

They were on time and the two gentelman were very nice. They demonstrated the process and showed me what was coming out of my ducts. They shwoed via a demonstration and pictures they took of before and after. I'd recommended them if you need your home air ducts cleaned.
