They said due to my heating system, there were few ducts and they would be difficult to reach and they recommended to not have the service done. I really appreciate that they did not take my money for something that would be little value due to the fact that most of my house is heated by a boiler system and there is little duct work. I would trust this company to tell the truth.

Really great. I have a unique situation my house is a slab with no access for them at the furnace. The handled the situation professionally and did a great job. Calls timely for scheduling and reminder. Friendly ,good clean up and clear information. Eric and Nate were fantastic! They were friendly, fast and professional. They showed pride in their work, and showed me how it was done. They took the time to install a new dryer vent hose I had purchased, and put in my new furnace filter for me. They were done quickly, and pointed out things I needed to be aware of. They also showed me examples of before and after shots as a demonstration of work previously done. I would definitely use Sani-Clean again. They were tops!

They seemed very concerned to do a good job. They provided a detailed explanation of what they were going to do; and gave us a demonstration of what the prior company that did our duct work missed! They also showed us that based upon the previous holes made by the previous companies, there was no way the previous companies did a complete job. They even made a follow-up phone contact with us to assure we were satisfied.

Scheduled by phone and all costs were explained to me at the time. Appointment was scheduled for approx. 3 weeks. Company called the day before to confirm and arrived exactly on time the next day. Once again the process was thoroughly explained and the final cost was quoted prior to start of work. A picture of the duct was taken prior to cleaning and a demonstration of the cleaning process was done. Guys were very personable, professional and efficient. A final picture was taken of the same ductwork on completion and it was clean! They completed the job in under 2 hours and left the house clean. I did have some dust in the furnace room where the vacuum hose was connected but I was warned that might happen. I didn't actually have an Angie's list coupon but they offered me the discount. Very happy with the service. .

He explained to me exactly what he was going to do before the job and also demonstrated the dirt being vacuumed out of the ductwork. Amazing what came out. When finished, he showed me a picture of before and after. After was clean as a whistle. Absolutely a very thorough job, professional, courteous and encourged any questions I might have. The offer i bought was for 13 vents I guess i had more so had to pay an additional amount which was not bad. I was not able to be there to see the transformation However my father was and they showed him the previous owners must ahve been heavy smokers cause the venting was yellow and gross By father said what a differeance once they cleaned it very impressive he said. This cleaning was very important to my family wih My son and My self being astmatic Im glad we called them out and they were very professional and did a great job. Thanks

Jeremy and his assistant arrived within the agreed time slot and proceeded to perform the job in a timely and professional manner. They gave us all the details of what they were going to do, including a working demonstration and before and after pictures. It's difficult to find contractors that are as friendly and professional as Jeremy and his crew (not to mention honest), We are very happy with the work and will definitely use him again in the future.

It was great and they are really good. They were really friendly and they took before and after pictures to show us the difference and how clean it was. They got the job done in about an hour and didn’t take that long. Their prices are reasonable. They were prompt and on time. They cleaned up after themselves.

I thought they were a little sloppy in hooking up their equipment and cleaning up. We may consider to use them again. We had no issues with scheduling.

It was fine and they did a good job. They had a good deal and I went with them. They completed the job in about 1-2 hours. I will consider to use them again in the future.

It was really good. The only thing is that they didn’t use the blow vac mechanism and there was a little bit of dust left over, but besides that it was great. We had a half priced coupon and that is why we used them. They were in and out within one morning, and it was very quick. Their prices were very competitive.

It turned out fine. They were timely and the service man was fine. I am still waiting on one plug for one of the ducts. They got the job done quickly and they took pictures and showed you how much dust had accumulated. They were professional.

We had never had this done before, so it was very helpful that he explained everything he was doing. He was very comfortable with us watching. There was a problem with a section of the duct in the basement having come loose from the ceiling, which he caught and told us about. He redid a vent that needed extra attentiion, and in general went the "extra mile". Originally our bill was $243.00, with a senior discount. However, when he was leaving we began talking about Angie's list, and he reminded us about the coupon. He then voided our first transaction and reran our debit card for $198.00. The crew informed me that they won't be able to clean the air ducts as there is no direct access to the main air duct. They rather not do the job, instead of doing a partial one. They were honest about the issues, would recommend them for sure.

Good! They showed up when they said. The service was done in about 1 hour(Ihave a smaller house). Eric and his co-worker were very professional and they left little to no mess, they showed me before and after pictures which made me feel confident in the work they did. I had moderate debris in my ducts, as they were built in the 1950's or 60's? Job well done. I would use them again! Maybe for my parents house? Thanks guys!
