It was pretty good. They were pretty efficient. I think I paid an additional amount for the service because I had more vents than what was on the deal.

Everything went very well. The only thing I wasn't prepared for was the dust that did come out of some of the vents.

I was scheduled for an appointment in January, but asked to be put on a list to be called in case someone canceled. I was called about a week later and was given the new date...the middle of December. This worked out great as I was having company over the holidays and they suffer from allergies. I have a dog and a cat so I was hoping to have my vents cleaned before they arrived. Thankfully that happened. The guys arrived on time and were very patient with all of my questions. I saw "before and after" pictures and was impressed with what a good job they do. I would recommend them to friends without any hesitation.

They weren't able to perform the service because of the configuration of my furnace and duct work. They were very professional, explained the reason why they weren't able to perform the service and explained how my duct work was routed through my house.

Service was great my technicians were awesome and I would totally use and recommend Sani Cleaning. I will be using them in the future.

It went very well, the contact person Jeremy was very helpful he got back to us right away. There were two gentleman that came out to clean were very courteous and cleaned things up afterwards we were very pleased with the work and the company.

I called them in October for a quote to clean air ducts, furnace, and dryer vent. They were advertising a special on Angie's list and were rated highly by previous customers. Obviously Angie's list works well for them as the 1st appointment they had open was in January 2014. I booked that appointment and was assured that if they had a cancellation they would call. Well, we have all heard that story a few times in our lives, but in this case it was true. Wednesday Dec. 17, a month ahead of our January 2014 appointment, they called stating they had an appointment cancelled for Thursday. So, Thursday morning at 11A.M. they arrived on time as scheduled. Our home is nearly 3000 sq ft and has many ducts. They cleaned the ducts and furnace, taking approximately 1 3/4 hours. Our laundry room is upstairs and after inspecting the location stated they would not be able to clean out the dryer vent. Disappointing, but it may have been that the vent ran up the wall, across the attic and vented out the back at the eave. Their web site does show dryer vent cleaning, but Its only standard type vents I guess. The work was performed quickly and with very little disturbance to the household. We will be moving to another home in 2014 and after construction is finished and we are moved in we defiantly will have Sani-clean back to clean the construction material/dust in the vents. This was a pleasant no stress experience. If you want a great price, great people to work with and no hassles, call them, you will be pleasantly surprised and satisfied!!

They did a great job. They explain exactly the work they will be doing and show you a demonstration. What I really liked is they show you what your ducts look like before and after the job.

I purchased the service that was advertised as a deal for $200. worth of work for $140. I was initially disappointed when I contacted the owner to set up a time for service because the first available appointment time was toward the end of January. Jeremy was polite and professional during our conversation. He told me that I could get my money back if I didn't want to wait. He explained why it was worth it to wait for his company to do the work, but did give me a recommendation for another company it I preferred not to wait. He placed me on a waiting list if there was an earlier cancelation. Within a couple of days, I received a call from Jeremy and was scheduled the following morning. Eric and Nathan came to my home a few minutes late, but were very friendly and professional. They explained everything they were doing in detail. They showed us pictures before and after the work was done and even gave us a live demonstration. They were enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with them in my home. They were efficient and thorough,courteous and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased and would recommend them without hesitation.

Pricing and possible cost was discussed well before the appointment assuring no surprises. Workers were courteous and punctual. I was invited to watch as they explained what they would do and how they would do it. Before and after pictures of the main heat vent were shared and I was impressed with the results. Work was completed efficiently and everything moved for access was placed back as before. Over all a very good job at a reasonable price including an Angie discount.

I would very much like the provider to contact me. The two days (plus) have passed since I purchased the Big Deal. I left a message with the provider even before purchasing the Big Deal. Looks like they provide good service from all the positive reviews, but they have very poor communication with prospective customers. The courtesy of a return phone call would be greatly appreciated.

It was okay. I wasn't overwhelmed, but they did what they were supposed to do and they did a good job. It was a diffcult cleaning for them because the home is on a slab foundation condo, but they did they best they could. Communicated well and they were pleasant and professional. They were reasonable.

Haven't got here yet! Their first open date, they claim is 12 December 2013.

The guys were on time, finished in an hour and a half - were done. Price was reasonable.

It went ok once they got here. Very confusing communication between them and myself. But once here everything went smoothly and quickly. Eric was very informational, he takes the time to explain and demonstrate what is being done and wants you the customer to become educated in the procedures so you can tell others what to look for when companies come out to clean your air ducts.

It went great! I purchased it through an Angie's Deal and saw the positive feedback they received. I would recommend them to anyone. They were honest, thorough and explained everything. They were prompt in both setting up the appointment and showing up. They showed us how everything work and also showed us both the before and after pics. I think they are a great business and will use them regularly for our cleaning.

They kept in contact with me from the time I bought the deal until the job was done. They were friendly, on time, and professional. They advised to have the furnace cleaned after the air ducts, since the ducts had never been cleaned since the home was built in 1962! Good idea. The only issue, for me, was that I did not include the vents in the ducts themselves so thought I had 13 when it turned out there were 17, which meant there was an extra charge that I was not counting on. My mistake, not theirs. The gentlemen explained very thoroughly and helped me out. With all the work going on in the house and the stress I was under, they were very kind and did a good job. Thank you!

The representative was professional and courteous on the phone, and suggested requesting a refund if the appointment timing didn't suit our needs.

The guys showed up on time and did a great job. They were quick to get their equipment set up and prep for the job. The best part was seeing the before and after pictures of the air ducts. I just moved into the home and i'm sure the air ducts had not been cleaned in almost 50 years. They took pride in what they did. My only suggestion would be to make sure you prep the area with drop clothes and/or plastic. There was a small bit of a mess to clean up afterward. The guys have to make frequent trips in and out to the truck so I wish I had done more to protect my floors. Overall I would definitely use them again.

They took their time to show and explain what they were going to do and answered any questions I had. They cleaned up well before they left. Very nice and knowledgable people. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
