Sani-Clean was great. They arrived promptly and took before and after pictures to show us the amount of dust that were in our ducts. They were very professional and I would highly recommend their services again. The owner (I can't remember his name right now) was also very accommodating. I was pregnant and about to deliver any day around the time I scheduled my duct cleaning. I wanted to get it done before the baby done and he said he would contact me as soon as something opened up. (I ended up having the service done after the baby was born, which was ok as well.) The two men also wore booties in the house and when one of their shoes leaked onto the floor (from our awful winter full of snow), he cleaned it up himself even though we would've just worried about that later. Overall, they were a great company!

They took before and after pictures of my air duct and showed me the difference. They demonstrated the vacuum hose to show me the amount of dirt being sucked out of my ducts. They also demonstrated a whipping tool that loosens the dirt so it could be sucked up. They cleaned my furnace with air pressure, it now looks brand new inside. I will definitely be calling them again in 4 years.

They showed my husband exactly what they were going to do and did it. I was not home and I was not aware that there would be a layer of dust over everything in my house when they were done. Especially in the lower level, there is a desktop computer and printer that should have been covered up. I would suggest the woman of the house be home when something like this is done.

They were right on time, got started on time and explained exactly what they were going to do. They were very considerate, detail oriented. I was extremely happy I chose them. I can't say enough good things about them.

Crew was on time, performed as expected and overall did a great job! They communicated their arrival time, arrived on time and were very easy to work with. They talked us thru the job and allowed us to ask questions as they worked. I would recommend this company to anyone needing duct cleaning services.

I was very pleased with the service. Jeremy contacted me promptly after I purchased the certificate and was able to schedule me about a week after the purchase date. He forgot to place a reminder call the day before but that was okay as I had already ensured my husband would be home during the hours stated. Jeremy called me the day of service and when I asked that he notify me before when he was on the way to the house, he had no issue doing so. He was actually running a bit earlier than the two hour window he originally provided and called to make sure that was okay. We have multiple pets and it was suggested that we confine them to one room of the house so that it would be as stressfree as possible on them. (There was a mass escape at one point during the cleaning but that was not the workers fault!) When I got home from work, everything was back in place and there was no sign that anyone had been in the house. I would definitely recommend this company. My only issue at all is that Jeremy told my husband that he would send before and after pictures of the ducts and I have not received those yet. But I am not highly concerned as I KNOW as a multi-pet owner that the ducts were desperately in need of cleaning

They did a good job. The one thing we'd comment on: the "patch" they put on our furnace duct rattles when the furnace first goes on; we will contact them about it, and hopefully will get that resolved.

I didn't end up using them because they would have to cut an 8 inch hole in the drywall in order to get to the ducts. They were honest and fair.

So, so happy with the job they did even going outside to fix the dryer vent that someone had damaged blocking air flow. They were polite and so professional. Their A rating on Angie's List is well deserved.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and I had no issues. It was a good value. They were professional and prompt.

Great deal. Very professional and polite people, but my condo was too far away from the parking area for the hosed to reach and get an effective cleaning. These things happen, not any type of negligence of the service provider. I give them allot of credit for being up front and honest about, and not just doing "something" for money.

It went fine. Time will tell on the work. They were professional. Did not leave mess and were very polite.

Their service was great. They were able to schedule the cleaning promptly, came, did their job and left. They were courteous and explained everything they were doing along the way, even showing me pictures of the vents before and after they were cleaned. I would definitely recommend them to someone else. Also, their quote was the best out of the three we received.

Good job on the air ducts as far as I could tell, was a little dissapointed in the fact that he talked me into the furnace cleaning and for $100 extra, all that was, is blowing compressed air in it and through it.

The nice thing about this company is that everyone, from the front desk to the air duct cleaning team, is friendly and professional. I originally had to cancel and reschedule the first appointment because the weather made my street impassable, but that was no problem. My air duct cleaning team, Eric and Nathan, did a great job of explaining the process to me. They treated me and my home with respect. I appreciate that.

I would say it went well with one minor issues. They were efficient and explained everything they planned to do. Showed before and after pictures of the ducts. Let me know I should change the furnace filter more often all and all very professional. They called me and asked if they could come earlier which was great. they did let me know they were going to have to cut into the paneling housing the ducts in the basement which I was not prepared for but I don't know how that could have been forseen earlier. The ONLY thing was had I known there would be so much dust in the basement I would have covered my husbands computer and printer he uses for work. I didn't realize I would be paying an extra $160.00 either.

They did a pretty good job as far as I could tell. I only had two issues. One was that they didn't call to schedule the work before showing up. I had ordered the Angies list coupon in November, and at that time I was told by a representative of Sani-clean that they would be out sometime "after the first of the year". They just showed up one morning without any warning. Luckly we didn't have any reason not be at home that day. It was one of those super cold days we have had this winter and since they have to have the door open to get the vaccuum hose to the basement, the temperature in the house probably got down into the 30's before they were done, and we had our 13 mo. old granddaughter for the day so we were concerned about the cold temp. The other thing we noticed after they had gone, there was quite a bit of dust on a desk near where they hooked up the vaccuum hose to the duct work... where we had a laptop. No damage but I would have hoped they would have covered that area before they did their work. The rep was friendly and explained the process to us.

Having to wait about 3 months for this service to be done, I just cancelled. They responded the next day, and promptly refunded my purchase amount. Maybe look for a business in the spring that is much closer to home, and will not have to wait months for the service to be performed.

It was okay. I have used them again. It was about a month ago. There was more for the number of hands I had. And then, they quote me in to gain a furnace clean while they were here. That was taken out quotes for the late, 300 bucks. They are very friendly, put in a pure step by step on what they are doing. It was very nice. They were fine about the price, and there were no surprises. The deal makes us team rather than they are on average price. It suddenly thinks of you for enough, you cannot argue with the adults.

They were very friendly honest, and competent..No complaints, was impressed with their knowledge and suggestions. Would hire them again..and use them at my other homes..my mothers..in the near future.. No complaints other than the equipment in the truck dripped oil in my driveway, not a big deal..they otherwise cleaned up well and I was satisfied, think there is a great improvement in my air quality in my home..was shown pictures which I liked.
